Bathroom was not clean, and there was no hot water. We just booked for the price but regret about it. Owner was nice however overall we did not feel comfortable. Best

Not that easy to find in the dark, but a warm welcome once we found it. Not the cleanest place, there was an issue with bed bugs that the owner did not know about but once we told her she was horrified and embarrassed and promised to do something immediately.

The location was a little bit outside of Split in Kastel. Some grocery stores nearby and just a short walk to the ocean. The staff is really kind and helpful. But there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but overall a nice stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanna, the room was very clean and the amenities well furbished. It's well located if you have a car but a bit far if you want to stay close to Split. The beach is pretty close and very nice and cozy

A nice place just outside Split. The owners are really nice and make you feel at home. The only improvement I spotted is the cleaniness, which could be better. But the place has everything you need.

This hostel is really good for the value, you wont find a cheaper private room anywhere else. I had a great time until my last night when I found bugs in my bed, but the staff let me move rooms when I asked. they also offer to drive you to the station. ants were also an issue. it is right by the highway but a short walk to the beach and villages. maybe not the cleanest but great value

The hostess was very friendly and even let us choose between two rooms. Unfortunately, we discovered in the morning that ants were in our room and had formed an ant trail towards our food bag an bitten us in the night.

The place is peaceful and pleasant. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I chose this place because it is close to the airport and it did not dissapoint me!

J'ai passé une nuit chez Giovanna, c'est personne très accueillante et très arrangeante. Le bus pour rejoindre l'aéroport ou le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pied seulement. Commerces également. Le lieu est chalereux et très safe, le staff est très aimable et à l'écoute. Je vous recommande un séjour chez Giovanna Guest House !

This is a great and affordable option if you want a place to stay that is close to the airport. This is exactly what we did as we had a late flight and wanted a place to stay before we head into split. Area is nice, hostel is nice.

The guesthouse was perfectly suited to what we needed which was a restful space for a night. It’s quite far out of split but that was fine for us. The staff are very kind and welcoming and the facilities are great. Felt nice being in such a homely place!

A lovely friendly quiet house and much cheaper and nicer than being in the city but also close to a supermarket and the sea for swimming and trails for walking and a lovely family looking after you. Thank you very much, I really enjoyed my stay.

Only stayed for a night but was very convenient for getting an early morning flight from Split airport. Hosts were friendly. Exactly as described.

Travelling as a family in late July so the kids found it quite hard to acclimatise to the heat initially without air conditioning, but they seemed to sleep well eventually. But very good value for money and if you have a car the location is fine. The owners were lovely and very friendly.

A basic accommodation with everything you need. The value for money was incredibly good. Thank you for a good night.

Happy with stay. The hostess is golden, lively, interesting. Must have a car as place is a distance from everything. Parking on site easy. No other travellers when I stayed so atmosphere dull. Smoking allowed indoors. Portable electric heater provided for room but no heat in bath or kitchen/lounge.
