- I had to carry my suitcase to the room without an elevator. Also the room was opposite the restaurant where breakfast was served 1 step away. There was a bad smell all night

- False advertising regarding parking. The staff is rude and wouldn't allow me to park even though there were open spots. Avoid this place.

- The most selfish and greedy hotel management i have ever witnessed. Never gonna make a reservation again. This hotel will be in grey list from central Asia.
+ nothing. the room for this price was a disaster and that for Munich. it looked like an illegal room in another building. the room was probably a flat or apartment and now functions as an additional room. there is no elevator. the pictures what they claim and what you get is just sh1t. honestly it was the worst part of my journey. and the breakfast room was stinky i could sit there eating anything. i regret booking there!

- Que no me ayudarán con el parking. Pague por 2 días 64€ Antes de pagar tenía que haber pedido el descuento para que costara 16€ /dia pero no lo hice y no me ayudaron a solucionarlo y creo que si Podían hacerlo. El del parking no hablaba inglés Muy enfadada. Nada de ayuda

- Except for location, the hotel do not worth the money. Our stay was in different building, apart of the main. The room was not clean and did not match with pictures on booking. My friends stayed at the building and had a complete different experience. So disappointed.

+ Mir wurde ungefragt ein kostenloses Upgrade (größeres Zimmer) angeboten. Das wäre aber erst um 14 Uhr (offizieller Check-in) fertig gewesen. Mein kleineres (vollkommen okay) gebuchtes Zimmer war schon 12.30 Uhr ready. Deswegen habe ich das genommen.
- Ich war morgens um 7 Uhr schon da und wollte meinen Koffer unterstellen. Die Rezeption war ein bisschen muffelig und maulfaul. Aber die Leute waren kurz vor Schichtwechsel (müde). Und aus Sicht eines Hamburgers war es immer noch eine überschwängliche Begrüßung. Kleinigkeit.

- Die Lampen waren nicht gut zum Lesen geeignet. Die Dusche sehr eng.

+ Breakfast was very good with many options, classically German selection of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits & vegetables. Room clean & simple. Polite staff. Enjoyed the interesting artwork in the stairwells, room and lobby. Convenient location right near the Hauptbahnhof.
- The only coffee in the room is instant packets & a tea kettle.
