Dit hostel verdient een zeer negatieve beoordeling. Tijdens mijn verblijf ben ik mijn Apple Watch vergeten en het personeel beloofde deze naar mij op te sturen, maar heeft deze belofte nooit waargemaakt. Ze gaven voortdurend tegenstrijdige informatie, deden alsof ze het horloge hadden verzonden en beweerden toen dat het nog in de kluis lag. Telefoontjes werden genegeerd en ze stopten met reageren. De slechte klantenservice en hun onbetrouwbaarheid hebben mijn ervaring bedorven.
This hostel deserves a very negative rating. during my stay i forgot my apple watch and the staff promised to send it back to me, but never kept this promise. they constantly gave conflicting information, pretended to have sent the watch and then claimed that it was still in the safe. phones were ignored and they stopped responding. the poor customer service and their unreliability have spoiled my experience.
very spacious and nice apartments with everything you need. perfect for couples. Also central but quiet and cheap
Nous avons eu la chance d’être « upgradé » dans une plus belle et grande chambre étant donné un problème de plomberie dans celle qui était réservée. Nous avons été très agréablement surprises et avont apprécié! L’emplacement est TOP! Directement dans le centre ville mais tout de même calme et à proximité de superbes plages. Le personnel pourrait toutefois être plus avenant et souriant. Bien qu’on ait réussi à avoir un oreiller de plus, on a l’impression de dérang...
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a nicer and bigger room given a plumbing problem in the one that was reserved. we were very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it! the location is TOP! directly in the city center but still quiet and close to great beaches. the staff could however be more attentive and smiling. although we managed to get an extra pillow, we get the impression of being a nuisance.
