- Approssimazione del servizio e nessuna cura sia del cliente e della pulizia. Personale non qualificato per gestire il rapporto con il cliente. Siamo arrivati con la mia famiglia e ci hanno spostato senza molte spiegazioni in un altro alloggio, un altro hotel della catena ma con una stella in meno rispetto alla nostra prenotazione. Arrivati li troviamo una stanza non pulita, lenzuola sporche e soprattutto SENZA ACQUA. Il personale non in grado di risolvere i problemi o rispondere a delle richieste basilari.

+ La struttura è gradevole e la camera che abbiamo avuto era molto accogliente con abbondanti spazi (divani, doccia, vasca, WC separato). La valutazione è bassa a causa del fatto che dopo aver prenotato 5 notti molti mesi prima abbiamo dovuto trascorrere le prime 2 in una struttura attigua con livello qualitativo davvero basso. Il cambio di programma ci è stato comunicato 24h prima del nostro arrivo.

+ The staff was very polite and kind. The location is perfect with peaceful environment, even though close to the pub street.

- The facility is not the same as portrayed in the pictures. The room was too old, no proper lightening, and not that comfortable.

+ Good breakfast. Relatively quiet. Nearby restaurants close early, and the noise of the Pub street is not heard here. Nice decoration on the bed on the day of arrival. And it seems that all the advantages ended there.

- When checking in, we were told that due to a Booking error, we could only be given a room of a lower category, but breakfast was included as compensation. Cleaning seemed to be done every day, but there was always sand on the floor. There were no hot water several times over the 3 days. And sometimes it appeared after calling the reception with questions about water. Slippers were listed as provided, but in fact there were none, at the reception they said they had run out and were given out on the second day upon persistent request. This is not a petty nitpick. I deliberately did not take travel slippers with me, because I saw this option and counted on it. The windows are thin and you will still hear the noise from the street and the prayers from the nearby temple at dawn.

+ Myself and my partner were met at reception with cold towels and juice - this was refreshing and pleasant. Towels smelt odd but was needed. Location was satisfactory. Walking distance to almost anything you need with great night life. Room was clean and comfy. Value for money is fine for an overnight stay.

- We were unhappy with the shower not heating up to a warm temperature. This was reported to reception on leaving. Photos are misleading in some aspects. Example being the pool area. Myself and my partner were interested in dipping in the pool prior to arrival. However when actually seeing the pool area and how dirty it was, with the location not being as portrayed. We opted out of this idea.

- Front rooms are subject to significant street noise and I had to move to a back room. Staff insist on playing very loud music until late at night in the dining area which is audible throughout the entire property and makes it very difficult to sleep before midnight.

+ It is a nice Hotel, the Breakfast was very good. the owner and employees seem concerned with the experience their guest have.

- My chief complaint was it had no elevator, I'm a disabled person and navigating/negotiating 8 flights of stairs just wasn't safe. The front desk person assured me they'd have something available at checkout the following morning. The next morning the best they could do was 4 flights of stairs, Also during the first night at about 12:30 there was fighting going on in the next room until after 1:00. The screaming, yelling and the sound of someone being thrown to the ground was very disturbing. I don't know if this is normal, or something that just happened to happen during my stay. The swimming pool is very narrow and right in front of the Reception Desk. I would also recommend getting a room not facing the front of the building as road noise can be problematic.

+ Es un pequeño hotel boutique, muy atento al detalle. Habitaciones modernas y amplias y con un servicio de f&b nás que aceptable. Relación calidad-precio muy buena. La ubicación es asímismo buena, a pocos metros del centro.

+ The staff is awesome, always smiling, positive, happy and in a good mood. They helped me with anything I needed. They found me the perfect french guide, gave me the best direction to go wherever I needed to go and they even helped me wrapping a box that I needed to send back to Canada. Great team !!! Steven

+ La habitación estaba bastante bien. La cama era grande y cómoda. El wc estaba separado del resto de la habitación, por el contrario la ducha en la habitación y se puede mojar el suelo como en la mayoría de los hoteles en los que hemos estado en este lugar

- La piscina estaba bastante descuidada

+ De absolutamente tudo! Fomos surpreendidos com um up grade na nossa reserva! Ficamos em um quarto divino, com banheira, varanda, lindamente decorado! Tivemos um passeio bem cedo e o staff preparou lanches para levarmos. Incrível!

- Infelizmente não tivemos tempo para provar o café da manhã.
