- Todo estaba desordenado había cosas por todos lados, para empezar no había nadie en la recepción y estuvimos esperando un buen rato, luego la recepcionista nos dio habitaciones "mejores" de las que habíamos contratado, eran dos habitaciones familiares que olían muchísimo a humedad, en la cama había pelos, en las juntas del baño moho negro y por no hablar de un agujero en el techo, la ropa de la cama estaba húmeda y el colchon duro como una piedra (mejor dormir en el suelo) por no hablar de los cojines que eran todo lo blandos que la cama no... en definitiva, terminamos saliendo del hotel un día antes de lo previsto (perdimos una noche que habíamos pagado) porque también hubo un apagón y nos quedamos sin luz... en definitiva, el hotel de los desastres. No se lo aconsejaba ni a mi peor enemigo.

- Das Hotel verfügt nur über wenig Zimmer wovon 3 direkt im Lobbybereich im Erdgeschoss liegen, es besteht daher eine hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass du auch eines davon bekommst. Leider auch unseres. Es kommt so gut wie kein Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Die Wände waren voll Schimmel und die Luft dermaßen schlecht, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde abgelehnt. Außerdem wurde die ganze Nacht laute Musik in der Lobby gespielt, die man im Zimmer hörte. Die Matratze war extrem hart, selbst für asiatische Verhältnisse. Das Klo hat auch nicht funktioniert, man konnte nicht spülen. Wir haben demnach Hotel gewechselt!! Außerdem war die vom Hotel gebuchte Tour sehr schlecht organisiert. Der Tourguide war extrem unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Einige Leute gingen verloren und die Tour hat dadurch deutlich länger gedauert als beworben.

+ De locatie, midden in het uitgaansleven maar toch rustig.

- De bedden waren voor ons erg hard. Het ontbijt was zonder liefde. Het eten was op de gang en daar galmde het ontiegelijk en duidelijk hoorbaar met o.a. schuivende stoelen.

+ Centrale locatie, makkelijk bereikbaar. Mogelijkheid tot boeken transport en tours. Scooters te huren. Lekker ontbijt Comfortabel bed

- Badkamer deur kon niet sluiten door verkeerde installatie van handdoekenrek. Airconditioning werkte niet goed waardoor het steeds 28 graden bleef in de kamer. Ventilator was niet goed afgesteld waardoor dit ook geen verkoeling gaf. Kamerdeur van glas waardoor je veel lichtinval hebt van de gang. Superior room geboekt maar standaard kamer gekregen. Gelegen dichtbij uitgaansstraat waardoor af en toe muziek hoorbaar was.

+ Had a fabulous stay here, the staff were incredibly friendly, the room was very spacious, the beds were slightly firm but still had a great nights rest in them, the shower was very powerful and stayed hot, lots of options for booking tours, with a fresh prepared breakfast , also very close to everything with a lovely restaurant at the start of the alley, staff member also gave us an umbrella to use one of the nights it was raining very heavy, greatly appreciated

- People smoking in corridor at night. Better to book trips at outside agency. I used Saigon Travel and they were excellent and best prices.

+ Good location n quiet alley, good bathroom and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and decent breakfast included.

- There were mosquitoes in the room, my electronic key jammed although these issues were then sorted promptly. There was no kettle in the room as stated but most importantly the whole room smelled of damp and was unpleasant to be in because it only had a tiny window at the top and not as shown in the pictures. I asked to change rooms and was repeatedly told ‘ tomorrow’ which never happened.

+ Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, aber es war sauber, bequem und das Personal war sehr nett. Ca. 20min zu Fuss zur Imperial City von Hue. Rundherum viele Restaurants und Kaffees. Wir konnten am Abend nach dem Auschecken sogar noch einen Raum benutzen, um vor dem Sleeperbus zu duschen. (ohne zusätzliche Kosten) :))

+ Breakfast was included and it was good and saciating, good portions. Location is excellent, in the main area and center of the town but in an alley so it's not noisy at all. The staff is attentive and very nice at all times.

+ La habitación es espaciosa, tiene un baño privado que es en muy buen estado, la ducha parecía completamente nueva, de curiosidad pregunté y el hotel tiene ya 10 años, por lo que claramente la limpieza y cuidado es continuo ya que está impecable. El desayuno no es un 5 estrellas, pero por favor por el precio me he hospedado en lugares más caros y sin nada incluido. Recomendaría este lugar para cualquiera que vista Hue.

- Por alguna extraña razón los mosquitos y zancudos llegaban a la habitación a pesar de mantener las ventanas cerradas, tuve que comprar un repelente de insectos y eso funcionó para mi.
