Die Rezeption hat nichts besseres zu tun, als die Polizei zu rufen, nach einem überaus fraglichen Hinweis eines Zimmergenossen (Denunziant!). Hintergrund, eine Bühnenrequisite, die ich hin und wieder bei Auftritten verwende und auf meinem Bett abgelegt hatte. Ein Patronengurt mit LEEREN Hülsen. Die Reaktion der Polizei völlig unverhältnismäßig! Tür fast aufgebrochen, 6 Mann mit Helm, Schild & ECHTEN Waffen im Anschlag, Festnahme auf dem Boden mit Handschellen. Über 1h für die Klärung ...

Worst hostel ever

The Hostel location is very strategic, however, I paid for a four-person room and on the second day a fifth person walked in. The room had six beds but they specifically told me that only four people would be sleeping. Also, the bathroom kept making noises, and every time you shower, the water comes out all over the floor.

Booked and paid a room for 4 Mixed Dorm but the staff put me in room of 8 people. When asked, the staff said there was an error in the system and provided me no refund at all. The location of the hotel is quite bad and does not seem safe at all. - not recommend

This was the worst Hostel I have ever been to. They tried to rip us off us already by checking in, telling us that we should pay more than what was shown at the end price after booking it with Hostelworld. Really shady staff. They then proceeded to give us a bedroom with more beds in it than we initially paid for. We discussed with the staff for a really long time about it, and they were trying to find arguments for it the hole time instead of accepting it. Cleanliness in bathroom = 0

Absolutely terrible hostel! Avoid at ALL costs, the staff charged our credit cards 4x the correct amount and tried to play dumb about the situation. The building was disgusting and smelly, and the rooms were dark, congested, and dirty when we arrived. No one felt safe staying in this establishment, should be 0/5 stars. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else.

A partir do momento em que partilhei um dormitório com um drogado que foi vomitar a casa de banho a estadia foi arruinada. Não é seguro o hostel

Not coming back and not recommending anyone else to stay here. They even charged me twice and are not answering e-mails about refund.

Douche is niet automatisch inbegrepen bij een hostel kamer. De douche die we hadden was mega goor. Alle bedden kraken zo erg dat niemand kan slapen. Het hele gebouw is erg gehorig. Lopen veel mensen rond die niet een kamer in het hostel hebben

J’ai hébergé une nuit dans cet hostel, et j’ai regretté! La literie est une catastrophe: le lit grinçait beaucoup, le sommier n’était pas droit, j’ai fu mettre le matelas directement au sol. Franchement, j’ai très très mal dormi. Les sanitaires étaient mal nettoyé et désinfectés. Il y avait une forte odeur nauséabonde. Je déconseille. .

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, die Reinigungskraft hat anscheinend zuerst den Fußboden geputzt und dann den dreckigen Lappen im Waschbecken ausgewrungen, ohne es nachher nochmal zu säubern :-(. Der Fußboden war auch nicht sauber. Ein Stuhl war kaputt.

Am Bett: weder Ablage noch Licht noch Strom 2 (zwei!) The place is not very clean and is not enough chargers in the dorms. The bar doesn't accept cards very updated wtc

Worst hostel ever

This place has to have been an old asylum or hospital they converted into a hostel. The corridors are really dark and the rooms all have bars on the windows. Also only had 2 plugs in the room for an 8 person dorm. Awful atmosphere. Also the place is very popular with big school groups. Would not recommend staying more than a night, if you have to. Wouldn’t stay here again. Only positive is it’s right next to a metro station.

The location was great, the subway station was right outside of the hostel. None of the 8 lockers in our room worked, which was annoying. The beds also made a lot of noises everytime someone moved, which woke us up a few times during the nights. The bathroom did not have soap at all, and one of the toilets was clogged half the time we were there (2days). Not a great social atmosphere for young travelers. There were many teenagers on schooltrips and elder people.

I was really impressed with this place. We had a private room and to be honest it felt more like a hotel room. It was quiet and everything was clean. Only thing is there are no floor or hand towels provided and the towel for bathing is very small. The price was very very expensive for us. But it was the Berlin marathon so maybe this contributed to the high price.

overall it was good for the price. however, it seemed rundown and the vibes were off. came for the marathon but didn't get the same atmosphere as other places I've been to. still not that bad

Ambiance macabre et lugubre. L’auberge est très défraîchie n’importe qui peut y entrer, heureusement que chaque chambre fonctionne par clef magnétique! Aucune intimité dans les toilettes pour hommes, les 3 seules douches de l’étage sont fermées par des portes en verres très clair et on voit les gars nu se doucher pendant qu’on est au lavabo. Manque cruel de prises électriques dans les chambres (2 pour 10 personnes). PAS DE CUISINE pour y préparer ses repas. Le déjeuner e...

Lockers are bent and the lock is extra charged but not said clearly from the beginning, location and atmosphere is not great and the facilities are old, for the price is not worth it and I would not go back

Did I like this hostel? No not really. While it could be a lot worse, it’s pretty old and falling apart. The staff are nice enough, but the vibes are really lacking. The location is nice so close to the metro. I would not stay again. On the plus side, I did book a 6 person shared room and had it to myself for 3 nights. It’s a really big hostel with a lot of families using it :)

Cuando llegue por llegar Despues de las 12 no querían respetar mi reserva. personal de recepción muy frió. El hostal es demasiado grande por lo qué hay demasiada gente a veces, los dormitorios son buenos pero creo que caros para lo que son. Desayuno muy bien.

È un ostello molto carino, praticamente nel centro città! Accanto c’è quello che definiscono il miglior kebab di Berlino, purtroppo c’era sempre un sacco di fila e quindi non siamo riusciti a testarlo… Il dormitorio era abbastanza pulito (tolto un leggero ammasso di capelli nel buco della doccia, ma basta non guardarlo e portarsi le ciabatte e non ci sono problemi! Cosa importante da ricordare: bisogna portarsi il proprio lucchetto, loro comunque ne forniscono uno per 5€ Buona qualit�...
