Drimin - Boutique guest house and hostel

La struttura in sè è ok e la raccomando. Ma non prenotate su hostelworld. Quando ho fatto il check in mi hanno detto che non sono presenti su questa piattaforma, ma solo su agoda e booking. La mia prenotazione non risultava, fortunatamente avevano posto ma ho pagato per intero.

I only stayed here for one night but the hostel didn’t appear to have a social atmosphere. The biggest issue however were the “beds”, aka planks of wood. My bed was so uncomfortable that I cancelled my second booking at this same hostel on my return to Tashkent a week later and found somewhere else to stay…

I stayed here for one night only. Staff were kind, breakfast was ok, shower facilities were clean. But the main point is that the bed mattress is really hard and not comfortable at all. I couldn't imagine have slept for more days. My room was a shared one.

Location was good but that’s about it. Bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, may as well have not had a mattress on it because it was so old and worn down. The bathrooms are constantly soaked with water and always dirty.

Staff were really helpful and spoke good English. The location is decent, only 15 mins from the metro and 1 stop from the main train station. Great common area but the most uncomfortable hostel bed I’ve ever slept on! It was pretty much just a plank of wood with a thin cover over the top. A real shame as everything else about the hostel was great.

Beds were hard. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a nice social area but nobody to socialize with.

Super Hostel, le personnel est adorable, l’ambiance super accueillante, bien équipé, petit déjeuner parfait…

we had a very good stay, people working there are kind, accessible and helpful, we had the dorm to ourselves, it was comfi, cosy, sanitary are clean, breakfast is big and good, cats are cute, would recommend

For the price it is difficult to complain, but I have a few gripes. The rooms are pretty tight and the beds are essentially wood with a very thin mattress. The bathrooms were dirty and not supplied with toilet paper often. I am not sure if this is on the hostel or if I just got unlucky with the fellow guests I shared it with. But only 2 toilets per gender for the whole building was a bit annoying. The location and overall facility is not bad, especially for the price you pay.

It's been such a privilege spending 4 days in drimin hostel. If you are looking to come to Tashken don't look any further as this is the place to be. The staffs are highly professional, friendly, supportive. The deco is beautiful typical Uzbek tyle. Hospititality is incredible! I had the opportunity to meet the owner and his wife...beautiful souls. I traveled many countries and never felt so welcomed, I felt like home. The vibes was unique. I will definitely come back. This is excellent value for money. It is a great place to meet people and the owners and staff are friendly and speak good English. Within 4 blocks are many restaurants.
