Très déçu de la chambre...enfin CAGIBI. Nous avions pris 1 chambre individuelle avec SDB pour 2p. Le lit fait moins de 140 cm pour 2 !!! Comment arriver à dormir ? le code des chambres à 6 chiffres qui bip à chaque appui de touche 24/24h ! Pour 166 €/nuit c'est abusé ; salle de bain, accueil, consigne bagages bien mais la taille du lit + le manque de place (heureusement juste 2 minis valises) dominent le positif de l'endroit. We had taken 1 single room with SDB for 2p. The bed is less than 140cm for 2 !!! How do we get to sleep ? the 6-digit room code that beep at every touch of a button 24/24h ! For 166€/night it's abuse ; bathroom, reception, luggage locker fine but the size of the bed + lack of space (fortunately just 2 mini suitcases) dominate the positive of the place. This is the 1st hostel where we are very disappointed; Room for 1pers max
It’s an ok hostel, it feels like it’s designed by someone who never stayed in a hostel - lots of strange things like very loud door combination locks, showers that flood easily, and no WhatsApp number for communicating easily. But the location is great, it feels very safe, and the staff are nice. It’s way less expensive during the weeks, so plan accordingly!
Très bon séjour au Literal, dans le dortoir réservé aux femmes. Excellent emplacement, très calme à toute heure, très propre. Les lits des dortoirs sont confortables (rideaux et bonne hauteur sous plafond) et les grands casiers pratiques (mais en métal donc un peu bruyants). La cuisine est bien équipée mais l'espace commun est en sous-sol donc sans fenêtres. Personnel très agréable. Idéal pour être tranquille, mais pas de moments de convivialité organisés sur place.
Excellent location, very quiet at all hours, very clean. The beds in the dormitories are comfortable (curtains and good height under ceiling) and the large practical lockers (but made of metal so a little noisy). The kitchen is well equipped but the common area is in the basement so without windows. Very nice staff. Ideal for being quiet, but no social moments organized on site.
Me sentí muy cómoda y bien acogida. El lugar es limpio, con buena distribucióny una exelente ubicación. Gracias por facilitar mi estancia en Madrid.

Hostal muito tranquilo e acolhedor. O rapaz da recepção é bastante simpático. Quartos muito agradáveis e muito limpos. Recomendo sem dúvida a reserva neste hostal.
