+ Quietness.
- The owner. When I booked, it was for one night, but I wrote to the owner that’ll take it for 3 or 4 nights. As I got there, nobody was around except that the key was there. Later, someone from the staff came in and told me that there were no more rooms for the following day. That if I wanted another room I had to pay double downstairs. Naturally, I refused. The owner never wrote back when I told him that I’d book for 3-4+ days. Being two days before New Year’s Day, the owner, as everyone else around the area, simply doubled their hotel prices. And naturally, they made more money.Luckily, I found a better deal somewhere else. Can’t trust people.

+ Lugar tranquilo, tenía buen wifi y un ventilador.
- La cama no era muy comoda y la habitación sombría
+ Friendly staff. Bed was okay. The location of the guesthouse is a bit of a walk from town and the beach.
- Only cold water in the shower. Fan wasn't helping much, it was so hot in the room.

+ Réellement tout ! L’emplacement a quelques pas de la mer et du centre mais situé en plein milieu du desert c’est juste super. Luiz est une personne vraiment adorable qui nous a fait énormément de recommandations sur les choses à faire dans le coin, les meilleurs restaurants etc. Et l’ambiance chill et surf de l’endroit est tellement agréable.
+ Everyone is so kind and helpful! Perfect location close to the beach. Nice little kitchen. Good rooms and bathrooms. The water was in the shower was perfect for us, but if you need heated shower then there is one in the common area. We ended up extending our stay for an extra week and was there 11 days in total. Cannot recommend enough!
- Although the rooms have a fan, it was quite Thor. But I think that would be the case for anywhere in the area unless you find somewhere with AC

+ The host, Luis, was very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, good location, good wifi.
+ In a good neighbourhood, very close to town and the beach, good shop and restaurant next door. Luis the owner is responsive and a lovely chap helping us enjoy our stay. Clean, tidy and a really great place to stay.

+ The location is great, close to the beach and also walking distance to the center and main restaurants. The house itself is perfect, very chill vibe, the owner is super nice and always responsive. It doesn't have too many rooms so it's friendly and quiet. We loved it.
- The kitchen could use new cooking utensils, they are very old and in a quite bad shape.

+ One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great facilities, quiet location yet close to the beach, super friendly and helpful owner. A real gem.
+ Endroit parfait pour séjourner à Máncora près de la plage. Le gérant est très sympa et très arrangeant. Nous avons fait de belles rencontres là-bas.
+ The kitchen is very well equipped, this place is so quiet and peaceful, this is the perfect hostel to rest and chill. located 5min away from the beach (walking) and away from the main road traffic.

+ Simple but very cozy, the room has everything to have a pleasant stay and it’s clean. Every room has a private space outside to eat and the kitchen is well furnished! And the owner is very kind, we arrived extremely early due to a night bus and he made us do the check-in at 5 am and we could perfectly rest.
+ Esperienza ottima. La struttura è bellissima, pulita e spazi organizzati molto bene. La posizione è leggermente defilata dal centro ma questo è un plus non da poco: un quartierino tranquillo vissuto e attraversato da belle persone e molto vicino alle spiagge. Ci sono dei ristorantini dove si mangia bene e si spende poco (non segnalati su Google Maps), un negozio di alimentari, mototaxi a portata di mano. Luis è molto accogliente e disponibile. È stato davvero un soggiorno eccezionale!
