Sin temor a equivocarme: el peor hotel de Sri Lanka y uno de los peores de mi vida. El personal es muy agresivo. Solo te quieren cobrar y sacarte dinero. Las instalaciones muy malas: cama incómoda, aire acondicionado no sirve, regadera incómoda. El hotel engaña a sus clientes. Ofrece cuartos bonitos, amplios, alberca y cuando haces la reservación, de una manera muy sutil te reservan en un hotel de muy baja categoría. Venden algo, te dan otra cosa. Experiencia terrible. No lo recomiendo.
Without fear of being wrong: the worst hotel in Sri Lanka and one of the worst in my life. The staff is very aggressive. They just want to charge you and take money out of you. The facilities are very bad: uncomfortable bed, air conditioning doesn't work, uncomfortable shower. The hotel cheats its customers. It offers nice rooms, spacious, alberg and when you make the reservation, in a very subtle way they book you in a very low-class hotel. They sell something, they give you something else. Ter...
I took a private room for after flying in and it was useful for recovering a bit after being ill.
A really helpful bunch of people ... they looked after our bags for 2 weeks, changed our dates due to the war affecting our flights, & were really nice about it all. I would certainly stay again!! Thank you.
Was amazing staff put me in a private room and they where so nice and acomidating
