Hotel Zamna Boutique

+ Leider waren wir gar nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Eine Bewertung von neun für dieses Hotel ist nicht angemessen und wäre nicht fair gegenüber anderen Unterkünften in der Gegend. Das Zimmer war nicht gut geputzt. Unser Waschbecken ( siehe Bilder) war verstopft. obwohl wir zwei Tage dort übernachtet haben wurde das Waschbecken auch nicht gereinigt. Die Duschköpfe waren verrostet. Das Zimmer war sehr muffig. Das Frühstück war zwar mit viel Auswahl . Aber die Ameisen haben in den Essen Schalen rumgekrabbelt. Wir waren vorher anderen Hotels in Valladolid, Holbox und Cancun. Sowas haben wir nirgendwo erlebt.

+ The location of the hotel is great. Calm, the architecture is very nice. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

- The accommodation is a little dated. The beds ares tiny and not in good shape and the bathroom need a total renovation. The overall hotel is nice however it’s out priced for the level of offerings in Merida.

- Kamers waren best gehorig en ook een beetje oud.

+ The room was adequate and clean. Breakfast was difficult because of the buffet style and other guests. We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful. The staff was very good.

- The bed was terrible. Mexico has a problem with hard, "slab" beds ... they do not afford a restful night. The water was shut off (?) or failed before the end of my shower. The buffet "scene" in the morning was made very difficult by some European guests that did not care to control the movements of a very young toddler. He was in everyone's way and a menace to himself and the parents cared not, seemingly expecting other guests to tolerate it/him.

- Al llegar observé que limpieza del baño no era satisfactoria. Al solicitar nueva limpieza se notó el cambio.

+ Très joli hôtel style colonial. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés, c’était top. Très bon petit-déjeuner varié.

+ Pool was great, the atmosphere was intimate and very friendly, breakfast superb. I especially liked the interior of the rooms and bathrooms. Service is great, and we could refill our water bottles and rent hats.

+ A really nice small hotel with an amazing breakfast - beautifully presented and very tasty. The only issue was that we initially didn’t have hot water, but it was fixed quickly. Safe pariking in front of the hotel.

- The only small improvement would be to provide slippers in the room — even simple reusable or disposable ones would be perfectly fine.

- Peut-être qu'un petit non rafraîchissement de certaines chambres serait nécessaire

+ All the were extremely helpful and friendly and very accomodating.. Always greeted you with a smile. Very clean and good variation in breakfasts. Had acceas to make tea/ coffee throughout day. Honor system to access beerwine snacks at the pool at reasonable prices. Felt like an oasis

- One of our group did not have drawers or wardrobe area to hang / store clothes.

+ Einer der besten Unterkünfte, die wir in unsere dreiwöchigen Trip durch Mexiko hatten. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gepflegter und schön angelegter Poolbereich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit täglich wechselnden Speisen. Das historische Zentrum von Mérida ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt

+ La piscine, le personnel super sympa et très efficace (commande taxi..). Emplacement proche du centre à pied. Le lieu très agréable.

- Pas beaucoup de rangement pour les valises, les affaires.. La chambre pour 4 est un peu petite.

+ Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll im Detail. Viele schöne Ecken, wo man sich setzen kann. Die Betten sind gut, es ist sehr ruhig.Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und äußerst variationsreich. Man spürt in allem den guten Geist der überaus freundlichen Inhaberin des Hotels. Auch das Personal ist super. Insgesamt: ein Boutiquehotel mit Seele.

+ Schönes Hotel mit tollem Garten und kleinem Pool. Ideale Lage, alles in Gehdistanz zu machen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sogar nach Allergien gefragt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine tolle Bar.

+ This hotel is a dream. The minute you enter the lobby you know it will be an exceptional stay. The staff is superb from the owner to housekeeping (we loved Deanna and Maria at the front desk and Jesus in the kitchen during breakfast). The entire place is beautifully kept including the grounds and sparkling (and refreshing) pool and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we loved having the 24 hour coffee bar. We started our stay here and decided to return after a few days in Progreso before flying home. It's been a very memorable part of our trip.
