Cusco Perumanta Hostel - Centro Histórico

- Me anularon la reserva en el último momento y me tuve que buscar otro hotel.

+ No pude ingresar al hotel Llamé por teléfono y no me atendieron Termine en otro hotel. No sé si aún se tomó mi cancelación...que el mismo hotel me pidió que realice

- No poder ingresar y wue no atendieran el teléfono

- Malo el sector del hotel .ni siquiera nos bajamos del vehículo

- El trato por el personal fue pésimo. La Segunda noche encontré una CHINCHE (parasito) en la cama y me cuestionaron en todo momento hasta q no les mande un vídeo. Me fui del hotel 3 noches antes por el trato recibido. No me cambiaron de habitación ni tampoco buscaron una manera de compensarme el daño causado. No lo recomiendo para nada

- Der Aufenthalt war schrecklich. Wir sind früher angekommen und konnten gleich einchecken. Das war gut. Im Zimmer angekommen hat dies aus dem Bad nach Urin gestunken. Daraufhin konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Dieses war jedoch ohne Küche und (wie sich bei der Bezahlung herausstellte) auch teurer. Wir haben den Besitzer der Unterkunft nach einer Möglichkeit zu kochen gefragt. Er meinte er schaut dann wenn wir eine Küche brauchen nach, und wenn eine frei ist können wir diese benutzen. Somit haben wir abends eingekauft um zu kochen. Nachdem wir ihm dann geschrieben haben, meinte er, es ist keine Küche frei und und es wird auch keine frei werden. Auch auf meine Nachricht, dass wir vor allem wegen der Küche die Unterkunft gebucht haben, meinte der Besitzer, dass sie keine Küche anbieten. Gut das hier auf Booking.com also Bilder einer Küche enthalten sind. Allgemein hat der Besitzer sehr genervt und ohne Verständnis auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Schließlich sind wir nur eine Nacht (von ursprünglich zwei) geblieben. Als wir das ändern wollten, bat uns der Besitzer an, die Buchung auf Booking.com zu löschen und die Bezahlung ohne Booking.com abzuwickeln. Ohne dass könnten wir natürlich auch keine Bewertung abgeben. Insgesamt haben wir uns die ganze Zeit über nicht Willkommen gefühlt, was uns unseren Start in Cusco erschwert hat. Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen.

- Mala ubicación, mala actitud del personal; realice una petición con anticipación para que el check in sea un poco antes, lo cual aceptaron sin recargo alguno. El día de la llegada dijeron que no era posible, que esperemos o en caso distinto el pedido tenía un recargo adicional del 50%

+ Location was kind of ok, but in the middle of market so be careful.

- Be careful with this hotel. I booked a room for myself with a private bathroom. What I got? A room in some flat with a shared, nasty bathroom. The owner of the hotel refused to collaborate on this. Instead next morning when I was checking out, he showed me the room where I was supposed to stay. What exactly was I supposed to do with this information? Basically I paid for one thing, but stayed in lot worse conditions. For this price, you can get a lot better deals around the city in safer places.

+ If they don’t make any mistakes, it might be alright. But if they do, they surely won’t own up to their mistakes. If that happens, it might ruin your stay in Cusco. Otherwise, affordable place not far from Center.

- Worst place I’ve stayed at ever. This experience includes breach of sales contract, safety hazards, breach of GDPR and an actual scam. First of all, we had 2 separate bookings, one for my friend and one for me and my bf. My friend went ahead to check in, paid and was lead to her room. Then when we got to check in, and asked for late check in. She told us it’s 7 soles, we agreed. I asked her for the total price, she said 60 soles. I asked 2x to clarify the price as something seemed weird about the whole situation. She said my friend paid for the room. I was very confused, and asked how it happened. She didn’t explain clearly. At the room we understood that the keys don’t work, and for some reason they gave only 1 set of keys for 2 separate rooms / bookings. Without those keys we couldn’t even get out of gate. There were tons of little disasters like it gets super cold during night, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, burnt electric wires and many more. They wrote to us at 23:00, when I was already sleeping. Told my friend that there was some mistake and in the morning wrote that she is in the wrong room, and it is my fault because I booked a room with 2 beds. The room that I booked in the pictures had 2 beds and private bathroom. We got 2 small rooms, 1 bed each and shared bathroom with other guests. And they insisted that we pay for the rooms that we had booked, which had private bathrooms. Even though we got really bad rooms with shared bathroom. They went ahead and tried to blame me on WhatsApp. I explained to them that I asked 3 times about the price. The guy wrote I asked aggressively how much we need to pay; even though he wasn’t even there. I asked 3 times because something was off about the explanation. Then in the morning they literally tried to scam us into paying for the private rooms that we didn’t even get. And said it’s our fault. And didn’t apologise at all.

- Z fotek rozhodně nejde poznat, kde bude člověk ubytovaný. Jeden pokoj jsme měli pod schodištěm bez okna na přímý vzduch. Druhý pokoj měl okno do světlíku, kde v noci i ráno pracovali lidé a všechen hluk byl v pokoji slyšet. O těchto technických vadách jsme nebyli dopředu informováni.

+ Zentrale Lage in Cusco

- Leider haben wir uns im Apartment nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und waren froh als wir abgereist sind. Folgende Faktoren haben dazu beigetragen: - Die Zimmer sind sehr kalt und es wird auch nicht geheizt - Allgemein ist alles sehr amateurhaft verbaut, z.b. hatte unsere Eingangstür (gemacht aus Altholz) hatte oben ein luftloch, wodurch alle Geräusche im Haus durchkamen - Aus dem Wasserhahn kommt durchgehend kaltes Wasser raus und bei der Dusche kommt nicht immer warmes Wasser - Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und wurde nach Aufforderung erst am 2. Tag geputzt wobei der Boden immer noch dreckig war

+ Hotel pulito, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, il proprietario si è rivelato molto disponibile dandoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e abbiamo prenotato tramite lui i tour per la città

+ Très bon emplacement, en retrait ,donc épargnées des bruits de la rue . Un petit extérieur agréable Petit déjeuner inclus parfait Et notre hôte Miguel ,très accueillant très agréable et toujours prêt à nous servir Je le remercie pour tout Si je reviens à CUSCO ce sera chez Miguel !!! Je recommande c'était super !!🌸🤗

+ Joli hôtel à échelle humaine ,et dans le centre ,tout est a proximité en étant pour autant à l'écart de l'effervescence des rues à proximité Miguel est adorable Je recommande et si j'avais à revenir c'est sans hésiter que je reprendrais cet hôtel.d'ailleurs nous l'avons réservé deux fois durant notre séjour 😊☺️ Merci Miguel Karine et Alexia

+ excelente habitacion, cama y baño. muy amables y hospitalarios buen desayuno y buen horarios para servirse esta ubicado muy cerca del centro

- la calle sobre la que esta ubicado es bastante fea y un poco complicada de entrar con auto el calefon electrico para agua caliente en la ducha tiene poca capacidad y poca temperatura

+ Las fotos tomadas para su publicidad son reales y eso me dio más confianza, todos muy amables el desayuno excelente en su mayoría

- The room was too cold, my room door lock did not work well, location is in the middle of a local market, no toilet to use after check out or before check in, curtains in the room do not fully cover the room so if anyone wants to spy on, they can see inside, extra charge for leaving bags

- Nos quitaron el agua caliente de la ducha a la madrugada, y si sabíamos como usarla ya que el dia anterior si pudimos bañarnos con agua caliente
