   Owner scam you by advertising this place then when you arrived you will be ask to go different place & make excuse that there are emergency repair going to the place I am not able to write full details due to maximum length The place they offered me is breeze inn far from center. Booked ac room with WiFi & breakfast included but received When ask one of the male arrogant owner shouted & banged my room door at late night & tried to provoke me argument but I calmly avoid & close my door . He kept barking outside my window then left This people put religion into business such a shame . The owner should know in Hinduism mentioned “ ATHITHI DEVA BHABA” means the Guest is God but the way their behaviour towards me is completely unacceptable Found water leakage in the bathroom ceilings above my toilet, found geckos , mosquitoes, insects in my room & in the bathroom , owner gave a used tiny soap wrapped up in a dirty used toilet paper , no drinking water was given , no WiFi , no breakfast was provided. No fire alarm , extinguisher was noticed as per heath safety regulations The owner is only after customers money. Please read previous customer reviews which I should have read before booked this awful place .    DO NOT BOOK HERE. The worst experience I've ever had in Srilanka. If I could give a zero rating I would. I made my reservations in Booking and the credit card was charged. I received confirmation and I also WhatsApp them to advise our arrival time two days prior. I also received another Booking confirmation the day before. On the day of arrival, after climbing Adam’s Peak that morning, we were advised they don’t have our room and they are full. They advised Booking didn’t send them messages, which is obviously a total lie! As they took my money and knew I had paid for the one night... Such a disappointment , disgrace and disrespect to their guests.. as I believe they offered the room with a higher rate to other guests, or to someone staying more than one night As they already had our money they tried to offer us “same” room at their second property, when I found it on Booking it was a cheaper rate. Another lie! They are untrustworthy. They advised we could take that room and get the portion refunded plus get the tuktuk for us. As it turns out the new property was actually a room at the owners home which was way too far from the city that tuktuk in PickMe didn’t want to come!! The room wasn’t in good condition, the kettle was broken and it’s very old! Please don’t book here, save yourself the trouble experience and hassle be booking else where. The owner hasn’t allowed me to place a review on Booking so hence why I am giving you my honest experience in Google Reviews, and if you get my other reviews I have not ever given a one as a rating. Just don't book this place, they will just ruin your plans and are disrespectful , distrustful and out to get money!

   La peor experiencia que hemos tenido. Cuando llegamos vimos que el local estaba muy descuidado. Pedimos ver las habitaciones y decidimos no quedarnos.., el propietario nos hecho casi a patadas. Un desastre. Las fotos de Booking no se ajuntan a la realidad
