Votre tranquillité dépendra des voisins qui décideront ou non de mettre de la musique à 7h du matin ou de faire du karaoké le soir. # vidéo. Malgré la réservation d'une chambre avec chauffage et de climatisation, l'hôte les a coupés (en récupérant les télécommandes) sans mise à jour sur Booking, invoquant la météo... C'est trompeur et inacceptable. # Arrêtez de prendre les touristes pour des pigeons. En ce qui concerne les services de location de scooter et de tour en bateau, je vous déconseille fortement de les utiliser ici. Les prix sont excessivement élevés. Vous pouvez trouver des locations de scooter à des tarifs bien moins chers, entre 70 000 et 90 000 dong, ainsi qu'un tour en journée (visite de la baie, kayak, vélo pour 450 000 dong avec une autre société ). La literie est pas confortable et très dure. Une planche de bois serait aussi confortable. #Je recommande de consulter les groupes Facebook. Le centre-ville est à 10/15 min à pied avec des montées de 10% et des descentes. + : très propre ++ et service de chambre pour serviettes. _________ Small street that appears calm but, in reality, is noisy. This is misleading and unacceptable. # Stop taking tourists for fools. Regarding scooter and boat rental services, I strongly advise against using them here. Prices are excessively high. You can find scooter rentals at much lower rates, between 70,000 and 90,000 dong, as well as a day tour (visiting the bay, kayaking, cycling) for 450,000 dong with another company. The bedding is uncomfortable and very hard. A wooden plank would be more comfortable.

+ La habitación estaba limpia y la cama cómoda.

- Está alejado de los puntos importantes de Cat Ba, hay que subir muchas escaleras para el precio que se paga. No había agua caliente, se necesitaba hablar con los dueños para solicitarla, esto fue lo peor y más incómodo teniendo en cuenta los pisos que había que bajar y subir. Se echan en falta detalles como agua o jabón suficiente para la ducha. El desayuno es muy justo, pedimos fruta y nos la cobraron aparte. Sólo se puede pagar con efectivo.

- I didn't like having to go to the 5th floor (no elevator). The a.c. in the room worked really slowly (up to 40 minutes to cool the room) on a not so hot day. Of course you can try to leave it on at a reasonable temperature, but the owner just turns everything off once you leave your room. Finally, the location of the homestay is a bit far from all the restaurants. I'm talking about a 20 minute non flat walk. All in all, I think it's not worth the money. I think it's too expensive considering the location and facilities.

+ Great value for money Exceptionally clean and modern rooms, off the main road.  Truong and his family were most welcoming. The room was nice and quiet and the bed most comfortable.  . The bus will stop for you 100m down the road when you leave. Just ask Truong.

- Unfortunately can't recommended breakfast, as it was too oily for us

- Certes M. Thruan est très gentil mais pas très correct concernant le prix des excursions. En comparant avec les autres passagers présents sur notre bateau lors de l'excursion sur la baie, nous sommes les seuls à avoir payé 200 000vnd de plus, ainsi que pour le transfert jusqu'à Ninh Binh.

+ This is quite simply the best place we've stayed at in Viet Nam, and also one of the best I've stayed at worldwide. It is a real homestay - meaning you'll have the chance to meet the family if you want to. They're all very welcoming, kind hearted and nice people, that will assist you with bookings, tell you about the good spots on the island and if you're interested in that, organize tours (we did the boat & kayak tout which was wonderful). For 50.000 and you can have a really good freshly cooked breakfast as well. The homestay is clean, modern, calm and situated outside of the main tourist area. You have many small shops, street food places and restaurants in the surrounding streets where locals go about their daily lives and you'll find anything you need. I'll most definitely come back here if I go back to cat ba.

+ The best homestay on my 5 week journey in Vietnam. It was clean, comfortable and the host was so incredibly kind and helpful. We booked the Boat Tour with his company and it was the best desicion! I would come back any time!

+ Très bon accueil, famille très agréable, maison et chambre très jolies, bien aménagées, chambre spacieuse et très propre lumineuse. Possibilité de location de scooter et service de lessive, possibilité de petit déjeuner à prix très raisonnable (30 000 VND le café ou le noddle soup egg ou pancake...) et très bon 🙃. Organisation de circuits. Très bons échanges. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits au lieu de 2 initialement prévues. Nous recommandons vivement !!! Merci 🙏🙏🙏

+ One of the best stays we had in Vietnam - the owner is caring and very welcoming. Decent breakfast as well. Clean, tidy, a nice place to be. With the owner's help, we bought two tours: Lan Ha Bay - recommended. Treking tour (whole day) in Cat Ba island - not recommended.

- A bit further away from the city.

+ Wonderfully clean and orderly propery with a soft place to sleep. Great location to access rock climbing and beach activities in a quiet neighborhood. Great coffee!

- Nothing bad, but beware of the stairs if you book an upstairs room and are out of shape.

+ Le propriétaire était vraiment adorable. Il a tout organisé pour nous: croisière sur la Bai de Lan Ha, bus pour aller à Ninh Binh. C’était super propre.

+ Un grand homestay propre et tres confortable. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit, mais cette famille nous a fait nous y sentir vraiment bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour 60k dongs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

+ Excellent value for money. The hosts were very friendly. The room was clean. It's about a 15-minute walk to the town center, which isn't a problem at all. The room was very quiet. We were able to leave our luggage and even take a shower, as we went hiking after checking out.

- The breakfast selection could be more varied. But you don't have to eat there. There are plenty of other options within walking distance.

+ It's located out of the city center so it's quite but, to be honest, at the beginning of March the whole city was quite (not too many tourists).

- There are only two things I can complain about. First, on some days dailyhousekeeping was skipped. Second, an electric kettle mentioned in the description wasn't present in the room (but there were two cups).
