Horrible, personnel désagréable , propreté inexistante , chambre défoncé et à moitié en travaux, absolument tout était horrible, à fuir. D’autant plus après le racket que j’ai subi de la part du personnel de 50 reals pour rester 30 min sur le bout de béton qui servait de terrasse (extrêmement sale) sous prétexte que le directeur regarde les caméras de surveillance en permanence, 14€ la nuit en plus une honte

Très déçue par mon séjour. Il y a énormément de vols de nourriture : en 10 jours, il m’était devenu impossible de faire des courses sans craindre qu’on me vole dans le frigo. C’est vraiment inacceptable. L’hygiène laisse aussi fortement à désirer : la cuisine est sale, peu fonctionnelle, et il y avait même une grosse fuite d’eau. Côté sanitaires, la situation est tout aussi problématique : une seule salle de bain pour tous les vacanciers et les bénévoles, constamment ...
There are a lot of food thefts: in 10 days, it had become impossible for me to go shopping without fear of being robbed in the fridge. This is really unacceptable. Hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired: the kitchen is dirty, not functional, and there was even a large water leak. On the sanitary side, the situation is equally problematic: a single bathroom for all vacationers and volunteers, very busy all the time. I couldn't even shower.
Someone stole our food multiple days in a row. When we complained to staff they said they’d look but then went back to their conversation. Also no where to just chill in the hostel which was annoying
hostel mt bom recomendo, além dele ser um hostel bom com ótima localização o staff fez tudo para nos ajudar pois tivemos com um problema com o próprio app hostel world mas eles nos ajudaram e resolveram. recomendadíssimo
hostel mt bom i recommend, besides it being a good hostel with great location o staff did their best to help us as we had a problem with the hostel world app but they helped us and solved it. highly recommended
