- Statement regarding incident at hostel I want to clarify the facts concerning the incident that occurred during my stay at the hostel in Córdoba: The declared owner of the hostel threatened to call the police if I did not leave the property. This threat was used as a form of intimidation. The owner claimed to have created a report with Booking.com alleging some misconduct on my part. I avoided unnecessary contact with the hostel staff except for polite greetings at the door when entering or leaving at night, after long workdays outside. Police arrived at the hostel after a female staff member claimed that I had exhibited aggressive behavior. This accusation is false. There was another guest present who can confirm that my behavior was calm and respectful. The only reason I was delayed in checking out was due to a humanitarian emergency I was experiencing in Córdoba. The woman who accused me did not shake my hand or properly introduce herself when I greeted her, indicating a dismissive attitude from the start. Additionally, another staff member at reception behaved with passive-aggressiveness and tried to mislead me at check-in by arguing false discounts and attempting to charge me extra for paying electronically — which made no sense and lacked justification. I assert that the accusations against me are baseless and appear to be attempts to gaslight or intimidate me unjustly.

- Me sorprendió haber reservado en Booking por un precio promocional GENIUS y al momento de abonar pagar mas que lo publicado en la plataforma. no supieron explicarme el motivo de manera clara: solamente de manera muy vaga: " no figura esto" " pasa muchas veces" o " ES UN ERROR DE BOOKING" (?) tampoco consideraron que por ser algo "de Booking" (como decían) el huésped no es responsable. era pagar o pagar lo que ellos decían. floja recepción.

- No había buena conexión wifi. No te daban el control del aire acondicionado, tenías que ir a recepción a pedir que lo prendan o apaguen o cambien. No tenían enchufe apto para mi cargador en la pieza, ni un adaptador para prestarme (dos patas redondas). El baño tenía perdidas de agua. Me pareció caro para lo que ofrecían

+ Excelente ubicación y muy limpio. El personal muy amable.

- Si te hospedás en la habitación de mujeres y querés ir al baño, tenés que caminar por un patio y subir al segundo piso porque el baño de abajo no tiene bacha. Si llueve te mojás. Tampoco me gustó que en la habitación de 6 solo hay 4 lockers, si están ocupados tenés que dejar las cosas afuera y las habitaciones no tienen llave, puede entrar cualquiera.

+ 立地、施設、スタッフの全てがステキでした。バスターミナルから徒歩15分、市内中心地までは徒歩10分と色々便利です。各ベッドにコンセントとベッドライトがあり、シャワー室も広く快適でした。何よりスタッフの皆さんが優しかったです。

+ Las chicas que te reciben son un amor, resuelven todo y siempre están ahí. El lugar está muy muy bien ubicado. Todo cerca para caminar del centro, parques, terminal de buses. No es nada lujoso, pero se mantiene muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario y los espacios suficientes y espaciosos. Pieza cómoda, limoia, con aire acondicionado, espacio para dejar tus cosas. Todo ok. De hecho volví sin dudarlo.

+ Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely inner yard and terrace, coolers with cold water and kitchen with different appliances you might need.

- No sinks in the bathroom or the toilet and no A/C though there is a ceiking fan, at least in the private room which helped. But overall great value for the price paid

- Que los baños de afuera no tuvieran bacha, lavatorio para lavarse los dientes y se tuviera que subir al piso de arriba(estando en la habitación de afuera al lado del baño.

+ J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil très convivial des jeunes volontaires Mariano, Aldana et Uma qui étaient très présents toute la semaine. Les 2 responsables sont elles aussi très agréables et un grand merci à l’une d’elle qui parle anglais et a contacté pour moi les services d’Uber taxi et de l’aeroport car j’avais oublié un sac à dos dans le taxi ou l’aeroport et je ne parle pas espagnol...
