Das personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Leider macht die mangelde Hygiene die Atmosphäre etwas kaputt. Auch der Wäscheservice extrem schlecht die T shirts hatten nachher Flecken und haben gestunken was vorher nicht der Fall war.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately the poor hygiene makes the atmosphere a bit ruined, also the laundry service is extremely bad the T-shirts had been stained and stank which was not the case before.
The hostel is nice, the pool is really beautiful, and the staff is super friendly. But they have caged birds hanging from trees with artificial flowers, which is really sad to see. Definitely something to stop doing. Also, there weren't any power outlets next to all the beds in the dorms, which was really inconvenient. And don't have your laundry done here; they returned mine wrinkled and still wet.
The hostel claims to have 24 hour reception, but when we arrived at 1 am there was nobody one there. I had to call several times before someone finally came and checked us in. There is only one communal key card on the outside of the door so anyone can get in, and there are no lockers. The beds are nice, but most don’t have an outlet in them. There are 2 showers and only one sink, and the pool is not swim-able.
It was good, still noticeably under construction. There was a leak in the ceiling for the first two days but was then fixed. Showers had a weird smell. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly
Gutes Hostel, aber leider eine nicht so schöne Dusche. Dusche und Toiletten sind in den Stein gemauert und bieten keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Waschbecken (nur eines für 18 Gäste) war im Freien und man wurde von anderen Hotel Gästen beobachtet. Das Zimmer und die Betten sind sehr gut und außreichend groß. Mehr Abstell oder Verstaumöglichkeiten wären schön. Klima war gut und das frühstück war auch sehr lecker!
The shower and toilet are paved in stone and offer no parking facilities whatsoever. the wash basin (only one for 18 guests) was outdoors and you were watched by other hotel guests. the room and beds are very good and large enough. more parking or storage facilities would be nice. the climate was good and the breakfast was also very delicious!
Hostel très mignon !! Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de prise au niveau des lits ou pour poser les affaires. Mais sinon top ! Douche super

Such a great hostel, maybe one of the most beautiful I’ve stayed at! The 6 bed dorm had two toilets and showers which was great. The employees were also so kind and let me cancel a night last minute, free of charge, due to a bus rescheduling. Breakfast was AMAZING! Unfortunately the pool was in the midst of being emptied and clean when I was there, which was inconvenient as it was 40 degrees, but you can always visit another hostel with a pool and ask to purchase food in exchange for pool acce...
That’s a good hostel and very good breaksfast. But for the noise during the night…

It’s beautiful exactly like the pictures , good reception team and restaurant , balcony’s on the roof and waterfall turns off at night so very peaceful

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff is excellent. Thank you to Minh for his help and warm welcome. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and clean. I was in a room for six girls, and we had two bathrooms and toilets! I found the mattress a little too firm for my liking. The hotel is also very well located.

The hostel was more than I expected, I had a really nice week. The staff was always kin and warm. You can choose the breakfast from a menu and it’s fresh and delicious hand made food. The location is really good as you can go to the town and the river by foot or bicycle.
Beautiful hostel, so nice and peaceful but also lovely people and a social vibe, way more chilled!! Staff were really helpful, really nice stay!
