+ Awful! Room full dusk and hairy anywhere. Ants under the bed, balcony full stains floor, bathroom humid, tap water leaks, wet floor, bins always full. Food rottern in shelf at dorm area. No change sheet for 12 days. Staff useless and lazy,

- 有个男员工，态度极差! 当天我到时，因为坐了3个多小时列车才到东京，已经有些累了，办理入住的时候，前台给我留了一个办理入住的自动操作纸条;他们截止办理Check-In的时间是晚上10点，而我大概9点到的那里! 然后正当我看那个纸条不解的时候，我看到那个男员工，想问一下，他们的Women Domitary 在哪里?要知道，这个旅社所有的房屋涉及，门和墙的颜色都一样，而且门上的标识很小，不清楚;你根本分不清哪对哪，过道非常狭窄!但是，你们知道那个男员工怎么反应吗？他用英语说: 你没看到我们给你留的入住纸条吗？你仔细读读!(当时我就觉得这种说话方式和服务态度我还是第一次遇到!我来日本不下10次了!)我当时就想问一下宿舍的门在哪里，但只要我想张口问，他就很不屑，就说，你读读纸条，别问我，仔细读明白了! 我不知道他是不是那里的老板，如果是，我觉得这样对待顾客太差了;如果不是，那么他需要专业的培训才能上岗!

- The place is narrow, terribly designed, and low maintenanced. Once I stepped into the bnb, I basically just crawlled into the capsule bed and stayed there. There is absolutely no space to walk/move around. There was not even any space for my only one suicase so i left it outside my bed, and i can’t even open the suicase in that narrow room. But the space is not the worst part. The service is. There was noone there when I arrived, after 5min one guy showed up, said “i’m the manager here” when I asked him and he was the rudest and creepest person. Like When i just checked in and asked him may I know where is the bathroom he said “the place is so small you can figure it out”. The public sink area was very narrow, he once walked behind me when I was using one of the public sinks, not saying anything and not even apologize for ‘accidently’ touching me. He unlocked the female capsule room and entered twice without consent to ask who left the towel in the shower. He insisted that the towel was mine no matter how many times i told him until I showed him my own towel. All of that happended in two days. I already paid 4 days upfront but I left after he entered the room. Had to find another hotel and move out. When I brought my suicase out he appeared and asked “where are you going?”. I told him I’m leaving cause I don’t feel comfortable here. He said “ok, enjoy your trip”. Lol. I can’t explain how much I disgust the place. I’m just glad I got out of there safely.

- Bad smells, bugs and dirty sheets, no rooms for bags, small everything and hard to more around, noises until 12pm. Hard to put on shoes once you took them off at front. I couldnt even check out because no one was at the front and no instructions for checking out any other way.

- ・荷物預けスペースがあると他質問などに書いてあるが実際には狭すぎて機能していない。スーツケース2,3個で埋まってしまっていた。 ・玄関でスリッパに履き替えるようだったがあり得ないほどスリッパ・下足が散らかっている。日中スタッフがいる時間帯でも片付けている様子はない。 ・フロアの一番奥に屋外テラスがあるが、スリッパのまま出るのは不潔だし、下足を取りに行くには不便だし、テラス用の履物があるわけでもない。 ・ビルの1階にクラブ？のような施設が入っている。夜中までうるさくてよく眠れなかった。 ・スタッフのいる時間帯が限られているせいか衛生用品の補充が遅い。有料の貸しタオルもぐちゃぐちゃに積まれていた。 ・洗面ボウルが小さくて周り一帯ビチャビチャに濡れている。ペーパータオル以外に拭くものもない。 ・ゴミ箱が常にいっぱいで捨てにくい。 ・シャワー室にピンクカビが生えていた。 ・食事ができる共有スペースがテラスしかない。気候の良い時期ならまだしも、夏冬や雨の時期は耐え難いと思う。 ・ドミトリーに持ち込める小さなテーブルが借りられると書いてあるが、備考欄に書いたのに忘れられていた。 ・スタッフがいない時間にはフロントに設置されているインターホンを鳴らすように書いてあるが何度鳴らしても出ない。諦めてフロントに置いてあった用紙に書かれている携帯番号にかけても出ない。何度目かでスタッフが出たがカタコトの日本語・英語で用件が通じない。(外国人の方を誹るつもりはありませんが、夜間の連絡窓口に意思疎通できない人員を配置するホテルには問題があると思う。) 用件が伝わらないので上の人に代わってもらったが、その人も接客業とは思えない言葉遣いで「対応しかねる」の一点張りだった。 納得いかなかったのでさらに別の人に代わってもらい、しばらく待ってようやく対応してもらえた。「忘れられているのでテーブルを貸してほしい」というだけの内容なのにとても時間がかかったし不快な思いをした。

+ Das einzige Positive an diesem Hostel war der Standort.

- Das Zimmer hat gestunken. Es war trotz der Nachtruhe ziemlich laut und niemand vom Personal schien es zu kümmern. Es gab so gut wie keinen Platz für das Gepäck. Im großen un ganzen war es eine sehr negative Erfahrung für mich gewesen.

- I have never had such a terrible experience in a hostel or hotel as this place. The air conditioner doesn't work properly and there are only two fans, which are the ones next to the staff bed. It felt like a sauna and the only way to have some decent warm air was to open the curtain. But if you open it you get the light from the room which never turns off, even through the night. Everything is cramped and dirty. I had to go to another hostel for half the price and waaaay better quality than this one. If you ever want to pay for the experience of a child laborer without the work I recommend you spend the night here. I would only recommend it to people whom I deeply hate. The united nations should create a committee to abolish this kind of places. I would rather fight a war, then get captured by the enemy. That way I could get better acommodation and proper treatment according to the geneva conventions. A night in this place should be marketed as a BDSM experience. The staff, owners and everyone involved in the operation of this sorry excuse for a business need to be shamed.

- 受付カウンターにスタッフが２日間いませんでした。 宿泊設備や使い方は宿泊客さんに聞いて利用しました。

- 通路狭いけど、しょうがないか。 上のベッドに行く時のハシゴの軋む音が少し気になった。しょうがないか、そのくらいは。

+ I want to say that my stay at the hotel was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent, the security was very good, and the staff was fantastic. I found everything very nice, centrally located, and very clean. A big hug to the staff.

- The bodysoap and shampoo was empty. Garbage was full. I couldn’t understand why people commented it’s clean. I don’t think the place is cleaned every day

+ 立地がとにかくいい点とスタッフさんに声を掛ければチェックイン前だけでなくチェックアウト後夜の8時まで荷物を預かってもらえる点です。

- とにかく狭い点とベッドマットが薄く下が硬い床なので体がバキバキになる点です
