Family Transit Hotel Airport

- Muy mala experiencia. Llegamos a la 1am, nos recibieron, y a las 6am nos despertaron a martillazos en la pared y gritos. Están haciendo obras al lado, pero literalmente pegado a la propia ventana de la habitación. Ni siquiera nos avisaron al llegar de que pasa esto y de que nuestra habitación estaba pegada a la obra. Aquí no se puede descansar. Les avisé de lo que estaba sucediendo y me respondieron que no era su culpa y que me trataban con simpatía. Solamente nos recibieron por la noche y ni siquiera nos pusieron en contexto ni nada. Falta de honestidad total.

+ Das Zimmer war ziemlich sauber, obwohl nicht jeden Tag geputzt.Das Bett war auch komfortabel und hatte alles im Zimmer was man braucht.

- Das Personal ist gar nicht freundlich. Hatten eine unglaubliche Drama veranstaltet um 11 Uhr abends, obwohl alles besprochen war. der Manager mit wem ich kommuniziert habe war nicht dabei um Sachen zu klären. Sogar hat Schuld an uns geschoben. Die Lage des Hotels war zwar nah, aber kein Taxi wollte von Flughafen dorthin fahren weil es nur um 2 km ging. Dafür hat Unterkunft eigenes Taxi angeboten, das doppelt teueres als grab war. Das Frühstück war besondere Geschichte, man bekommt einen Schluck Kaffee und Brötchen mit Omelett drinnen. und das war es. als ich nach noch einen Kaffee gebeten habe, wurde mir geteilt dass es dafür extra bezahlen muss. Ich würde keinem dieses Hotel empfehlen.

- The owner cancelled the booking at 2 am morning, I had specifically informed him to pick us from airport at 2 am, he cancelled the booking while I was in mid flight and when called asked to take new hotel Never book here

- 1. Отношение персонала. Хозяева плевать хотели на гостей — вас здесь не ждут и вам здесь не рады. Если бы персонал был хотя бы минимально заинтересован в посетителях, то все описанное ниже, было бы легко избежать. 2. В гостинице идёт полноценный ремонт, достраивается ещё один этаж. В связи с этим с 06:00 до 18:00 на третьем этаже стоит невыносимый шум (штробят, пилят, сверлят, орут), а в номерах в течение дня отключают электричество. При заселении об этом не предупреждают, а намеренно селят максимально близко к источнику шума, в надежде, что гость доплатит за смену номера. 3. Номера убитые. В 201 номере раковина отваливается от стены, держится на честном слове. Матрас самый жёсткий из всех во Вьетнаме. Лично мне нормально, но муж изучался за ночь. Дверь в туалет скрипит так, что слышно в коридоре за закрытой дверью, не шучу. ВД во Вьетнаме не продают?) Воды горячей утром в номере нет. В отзыве выше хозяин отвечал, что в номере есть некая кнопка для ее включения. Ну так о ней же на ресепшене никто не говорит! 4. Отдельно о встрече и информировании гостей на ресепшене. Главное для хозяина при заселении, чтобы вы забронировали у него трансфер до аэропорта за 100 килодонгов (в Grab он стоит 40, кстати). Это единственный интерес к гостю. После этого мужчина с кислым лицом даёт ключ от номера, пульт от кондиционера и неопределенно машет в сторону лестницы, мол, идите туда. Лифта нет, иностранцев селят на третьем этаже. Во Вьетнаме комиссия за оплату картой + 3 %, тут нам нарисовали + 4%. Сумма копеечная, но сам факт обмана. 5. Завтрака в 6 утра, конечно, не было (нам и не обещали), хотя хозяин уже проснулся и лежал на диване у ресепшена. Могли бы и бутылочку воды дать в дорогу. В общем, за месяц пребывания во Вьетнаме это худший опыт. Я видела цену и готова была к спартанским условиям, но не равно жизни на стройке в отсутствие электричества.

- the so called Hotel it was under construction. Every morning at 6.30 people coming to work. with no any respect for people who paid to get rest . They used to shovelling above my window mixing concrete and pulling up the superior level. The building must be closed during this major repair. I had to leave and came back in the afternoon to get some sleep. But surprise! I found the labourers again. Disgusting

+ If you are looking for a quite hotel to stay in while you are transiting between flights, this is not one of them. Its very noisy.

- I was not collected from the airport as arranged - driver was asleep which is how I found him after my walk from the airport to this place of accommodation. Yes he arranged a taxi to Hanoi for the same price as that which he did not fulfil the day before, but that was not good enough. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

+ Close to the airport - only a 5 minute drive (easy to find a Grab driver, even at 5am) I appreciate that staff gave me change for my taxi driver, who didn't have any

- You would think that being almost in the middle of nowhere, it would be calm, but it was not (some EDM concert or something?) Bad soundproofing so you hear absolutely everything from the stairs No elevator Unfriendly staff (just stared at me from their desk with an awkward attitude while I was struggling to open the door and enter with my luggage, didn't say hello or anything) No fridge

- 予約時に深夜着便だが迎えに来てもらえるか確認したところ、迎えに行けるとの連絡がありました。 当日空港に着くと、飛行機到着前くらいの時間にメッセージが来ておりここまではよかったです。 メッセージの通りイミグレを通過した後連絡するも一向に連絡がつかず。 結果grabで向かいましたが、到着するとロビーは真っ暗でスタッフがロビーのソファーでイビキをかいて寝ていました。 チェックイン時に予約時の値段より高い金額を提示されたので指摘すると、機嫌悪そうに値段を変更しました。変更後の金額も予約時より高く再度指摘すると怒鳴って来ました。 早朝までとりあえずちょっと横になりたい、という方にはいいホテルだと思います。 値段を考えると妥当だと思います。

+ Every Wszystko było super☺️ Właściciel po mnie przyjechał i na drugi dzień odwoził na lotnisko. Bardzo mili ludzie i pokój cichy,łóżko wygodne. Dziękuję 🤗

+ We had a nine hour flight layover at Noi Bai airport. The Family Transit Hotel was a most fortuitous pick. Excellent WhatsApp communication. Arrived to pickup on time but I was delayed with lost passport problem (returned) and staff rearranged pickup without complaining and in the traffic jam somehow identified us and took all our luggage to the car. The hotel is down a small anonymous lane among many similar properties but is extremely well maintained very clean good hot shower really clean sheets and pillows (2 king double beds in our room. No lift but staff carried luggage up and down. The owner made great vegetarian fried rice late at night for us at modest cost. Roms aircondioñed beds very clean and comfortable. We became disoriented about the time in the middle of the night and the driver running interference organised for us to go back to bed for another 3 hours. Honestly they are that caring. And at 4 am there he was at the door. 5 minutes back to. Noi Bai with no traffic.. Highest recommendation for this type of need.

+ Parfait pour une nuit avant l’avion ou si arrivée d’un vol tardif. Le gérant est d’une gentillesse et serviabilité ! Possibilité de navette directement avec lui Chambre et salle de bain propres.

+ Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es liegt direkt am Flughafen.

- Die Betten sind sehr hart und es ist nicht ganz so sauber. Aber für einen Nacht vor dem Flug völlig ausreichend.

+ The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's near the airport, but there's really nothing else around.

- The staff were not very kind. They asked if I needed airport pickup, and I arranged for friends to be picked up to meet me at the hotel instead. They asked for the names, contact and flight information, which I provided. Once they landed, the staff had not even left for the airport. I told them my friends would just take a grab, and they insisted to go without checking the flight information or asking any questions or contacting them. When my friends decided not to wait because the driver went to the wrong part of the airport, the staff blamed me and insisted I was just "another tourist" when in fact, I have been living in Vietnam for quite some time. When my friends arrived, they wouldn't even let them enter the hotel into the lobby and made them wait outside for me. Also, any time I had any questions, the adults were nowhere to be found, only a young teenage boy. Even though it's fine for an overnight stay if you need to stay by the airport, the staff are rude, and I wouldn't recommend it.

+ Hôtel très bien situé près de l’aéroport. Literie très correcte. Très bon prix de la nuitée. Propriétaire très gentille.

+ Стандартний готель, чисто, в номері все працює. Хазяїн готелю може організувати трансфер до аеропорту чи в центр міста. Також мені надали все необхідне, коли в мене було прохання.

- В номері дуже яскраве холодне світло. Було некомфортно знаходитись там з включеною лампою. Але кому тільки переночувати то навпено це немає значення.

+ The hotel staff were lovely and contacted us a day in advance to confirm the booking and offered to pick us up from the airport which we accepted. When we got to the hotel the check in was simple and we had help getting out bags to our rooms. The room was massive and we were only expecting 2 single beds as we had booked a twin room but were given 2 double beds instead which were both very comfy. When we were moving on to our hotel in hanoi the manager helped us book a taxi there that was actually cheaper than a grab and he was very nice about it.

+ 5 min from the airport, it was great for us to stay as we only had 4 hours. Owner is very nice and took us at 4am to the airport. Big room,comfy bed

+ Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel völlig okay, wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

- Das Zimmer roch seltsam Im Zimmer lagen überall tote Moskitos, auf dem Boden aber auch auf dem Bett

+ It is close to the airport, and a reasonable transport from a wonderful family.

- No elevator No Wiev...
