No facilities in the dormitories. Dirty pillows and hair on the bed. The toilets were not clean and had no toiletries. There was not coffee in the morning and the rooftop was a mess. The staff was kind but only one was speaking english. Overall it was a bad experience.

Not good Service.Bad service. Don't even answer the phone. Don't even look at the mail. It's a very bad hostel.

Power outage happened when I came in tonight, which led to no tap water available for shower and anything else. The staff didn’t even mentioned the suspension of tape water supply, which’s very annoying. All the staff seem just live here and try to stay alive, they didnt really care about their jobs. Don’t come here especially during the war time, as the situation can only be more shitty day by day.

WARNING - Prices shown on websites are false, they add charges upon arrival, charge and extortionate amount in exchange fees. Approx 0.31cents per Dollar and you cant avoid it by paying in cash. Bed Bugs

BE AWARE OF BEDBUGS!! A friend and I had booked two nights in this hostel. Unfortunately we had to find out that there were bedbugs in our room and also in the other rooms!!!! The manager and the receptionist were not helpful at all and showed little understanding. They had part of our luggage and promised to deliver it to our new accommodation (which we had to get to in the middle of the night) and in the end they made us pay and lied about other stuff aswell. CAREFUL BEDBUGS!!! After checking 3 different rooms we decided to change the hostel. Bedbugs in every bed. The students working there were doing their best, reception and management wasn’t helpful at all. They promised us to help but they didn’t and even tried to charge us for extras. Horrible customer service. Definitely not recommended.

Die besten Zeiten hat das Hostel hinter sich. Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage gibt es gabz wenig Touristen. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt warmes Wasser, wenn Strom da ist oder das Generator funktioniert. Aufgrund der Spritpreisen auch nicht länger als 5 Stunden am Abend. Ansonsten sprechen die Jungs an der Rezeption sehr schlecht englisch. Es wird Laundry angeboten. Ausschließlich Barbezahlung für alles wie im ganzen Land. Dennoch ist das Hostel alternatives in der Stadt.

I stayed in a private room and found the location to be excellent, conveniently close to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me in booking a night bus ticket and guiding me to the correct exchange place with a favorable rate. This hostel definitely saw better times, the facility is really good but the situation in Myanmar definitely affected its maintenance. The bathroom is not the cleanest but not dirty either. You can spend multiple nights in this facility without any concern. Only a couple of staff members speak English but everyone’s willing to help anytime

Rooms are prepared in minimalist style. The rooms are not sound proof tho. It is well located in Downtown.

The hostel is run by students who live and learn in classrooms within the premises. The staff is brilliant, super friendly and helpful in any need (SIM card, exchange, etc).Very good communication, follow the indications provided by them because they are most accurate. The hostel lies in downtown Yangon, quiet place and atmosphere, despite being surrounded by streets full of restaurants, eateries and shops. Walking distance to several monuments and the airport bus stop.

Ganz tolles Hostel, war sehr zufrieden. Klar, man sieht einen gewissen Renovierungsstau, aber ist ja auch klar, wenn sich seit Jahren nur ganz wenige Gäste her trauen, ist wenig Geld da, um zu investieren. Un buen hostel en el centro de Yangon que se nota que tubo tiempos mejores. El personal es encantador y té ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Las habitaciones son correctas. El desayuno flojo.

The staff here are the best part. Incredibly kind and helpful, especially when you have no idea how things work in Myanmar. Helped me with a SIM card, cash exchange and all the best recommendations. Their English is excellent, and they go out of their way to make everything easy where otherwise it would be impossible for me! The hostel is clean, comfy, and has a great vibe. Highly recommend!

Hoàn toàn thất vọng khi trải qua 4 ngày tại đây. Vị trí nơi này tốt nhưng dịch vụ và phòng ốc quá tệ. Phòng tuy rộng nhưng nhà vệ sinh đọng nước. Glad we picked this hostel out of all the places we could have stayed at. Great value for money, with simply the best service. The staff here are brilliant, helping you with whatever needed (buses, flights, SIM cards, money exchange etc). Would be nice to come back and visit the awesome people that run this place! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here! Right in the center and close to many sights. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Whether it was figuring out where to exchange money, get SIM cards, or arrange buses to other regions… they were more than willing to help get us all sorted. Breakfast was amazing too! Would definitely come back and stay here when I get back to Yangon!
