Hotel carol, não entrega os utensílios básicos, caso precisa de utensílio básico como a toalha precisa alugar custando 2 euros cada um deles, hotel com uma limpeza razoável, quando nos hospedamos tinha restos de cabelos na cama e no box do banheiro
Hotel carol, does not deliver the basic utensils, case precise of basic utensils like a towel precise rental costing 2 euros each of them, hotel with a reasonable cleaning, when we stayed there were hair scraps on the bed and in the bathroom box
Nice hostel. I might be wrong, but I did not see any locker in my room, so if that is important to you, check with them. The staff were nice. BTW, be aware that Hostelworld support is useless. I was scammed by Sarphati Hostel last year, and sent HW clear proof of that, but they just ignored me. They still keep Sarphati Hostel on their website. (and all of this has absolutely nothing to do with Hamburg-Horner Rennbahn Hostel, they are nice)
My roomate was always drunk, and the bathroom was not clean
Stinky rooms unfortunately and not the best bathrooms. Really great breakfast with food to go. Good family atmosphere.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mir der U-Bahn gut erreichbar. Das Buffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ein Spielplatz im Garten wäre schön für die Kinder ;-)

Eine super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Hamburg! Vor allem das Frühstück war großartig für eine Jugendherberge und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schwer schlagbar. Die Jugendherberge liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber mit der U-Bahn ist man relativ schnell am Jungfernstieg und auch Bahnhof bzw Flughafen sind mit eher weniger Umsteigen gut zu erreichen.
The Jugendherberge is not in the center, but with the subway you are relatively fast on the Jungfernstieg and also the train station or airport are within easy reach with rather fewer turns.
Excelente experiencia. Un poquito lejos de Hamburgo. Pero el resto fue todo muy bueno.

Overall great hostel, summer camp vibes. Breakfast was really generous for such price (included in the accommodation)
L’établissement est accueillant et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose énormément de choix. Les chambres sont agréables et les douches et toilettes très propres. Je recommande ! Malgré la distance avec le centre de Hambourg une station de métro se trouve à 10 min à pied environ …

It's a perfect location, quiet, clean and everything is very easy, if I go back to Hamburg for a vacation, I will definitely come back soon.
Erg fijn en rustig hostel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt in de ochtend en genoeg parkeergelegenheid als je met de auto komt

Viel Bewerten kann ich nicht, ich war nur ein paar Stunden vor Ort. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr gemütlich und modern und der Empfang war sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer war halt typisch Jugendherberge, also alles okay. Die Toilette die ich gesehen habe war sauber, Seife und Papier waren vorhanden. Unschlagbar war der Preis, dafür war wirklich alles in Ordnung.
I can't give much of a rating, I was only there for a few hours. The entrance area is very cozy and modern and the reception was very friendly! The room was a typical Jugendherberge, so everything was fine. The toilet I saw was clean, soap and paper were available. The price was unbeatable, but everything was really in order.
Would definitely stay again. :) friendly staff and breakfast is included!!!!! 😎

Das Zimmer war sehr basic, aber super sauber. Mitarbeitende sind sehr freundlich. Für den Preis voll zu empfehlen.
Everything was excellent , the only reason 'Facilities' gets a lower rating , is because the showers in the Girls bathroom did not run water on the morning i was there.
