Chamos Hostel Cultural

BED BUGS. Honestly, I had to run away from this place as soon as I got there. An hour after getting there I realized there were bedbugs everywhere on the bed. The guy at the reception was very nice, but they have a really bad infestation. I had read they had bedbugs proof mattress but the mattresses are all broken. They were decent enough to give me back my money (at least) but wouldn’t pay back for the hostel world fee, let alone that I ended up spending way more on accommodation and washing/drying my clothes to make sure I don’t get any bugs with me. Save yourself from this headache and just spend a bit more on another place. The hostel has potential but they I see why it was fully empty. I feel bad leaving this review given that the volunteer is very nice, but hoping to save someone else this headache until they resolve this.
