Le Montclair Montmartre by River

A fuir !!! J’avais réservé pour 2 nuits Je suis arrivée tard la première nuit, j’ai failli faire demi tour tellement la chambre était affreuse : fourmis, serviette de douche déchirée, pas de sèche cheveux fonctionnels balais de toilettes salle … J’ai eu une 2 eme chambre pour la nuit suivante infestée de punaise de lit, j’ai eu des piqûres sur tout le corps. A fuir complètement !!!! Je ne parle même pas du bruit toute la nuit

I really liked the place for the price I paid in Paris. The room was clean and they provided towels and cleaned the room. I give 4 stars of the stairs it was a bit quirky. There is stations in 2 mint easy transportation. And pleasant staff. I stayed in room 401 there was no bed bugs. Also some restaurants were also nice. 16 mint walk to montmarte.

Mellissa from front desk is the most horrible woman I've ever met. I've never been talked to so badly. You are a very sad girl and she should be hidden away from all the customers. Other than that dont expect to get a hotel key, there are bedbugs, its dirty and most of all, the staff lie and are some of the rudest, unhelpful people you will ever meet. Disgusting place. I wouldn't let my dog stay here
