Beware of the bed bugs

Me quedé en una habitación privada con baño compartido y fue un asco la mayoría de los dias, solo hay dos baños para todos y el aseo era casi nulo, los colchones asquerosos y malos, estuve con dolor de espalda los últimos días. Lo peor: a mi madre le picaron chinches o ácaros porque le dio picazón en uno de sus brazos, fuimos al médico y nos dijo eso, a mi también me salieron sarpullidos por lo mismo. El ruido es insoportable, tanto de la habitación por el comedor, como por afuera, ya que hay un pub al lado. Los dueños duermen ahí mismo y la dueña es demasiado invasiva al preguntar todo. Me sentí sucia en ese hostal, he ido a miles de hostales y jamás había visto uno tan descuidado y cochino como este. Me cobraron 42.000 por noche, lo cual no vale la pena. Si tienen la oportunidad, elijan otro hostal o paguen un poco más. Me había enterado de que agredieron a un turista por los chinches y me asusté, dudé al quedarme pero ya había pagado la mitad y no creo que me hagan reembolso si se ponen así de agresivos con sus pasajeros.

Unfortunately I got bed bugs on my first night and my body is fully covered with bites. I didn't manage to sleep at all from the itchiness. Reported it to the personal next morning and we cancelled our last night. They were very friendly and helped us with the whole process.

Extremely rude owners. I've stayed in 40-50 hostels and the owners were by far the worst people I've met travelling. They physically assaulted my friend and we have this on film and will be posting them on socials. Called him a f...ing gring0 just because he asked for a refund due to bedbugs. when I went to check in at 2.40pm check in was at 3pm the woman with the chest tattoo barked at me saying check in is it 20mins and I can't charge my phone here. Terrible Facilities & bed bugs aswell. AVOID

When we arrived after emailing before saying it would be early we were met very rudely which was not nice and damped my stay, the room was okay apart from the three bed bugs that came to visit, and the floor creaks loud in the common area directly outside the door so it was waking up when anyone went to the loo or when they were awake
