+ We left and did not stay it was awful

- The hotel is completely run down, nothing like the pictures, seems abandoned and falling apart

- NO había agua ni para el baño , tuve que abandonar la instalación y buscar otra .

+ Nothing.

- Lobby is dark and full of mold and the smell of mold was everywhere. The room is full of mold like everywhere in the building. Couldn’t breathe. Bed smelling of mold. Freezing temperature inside. We booked 2 nights and we left after 1. No common space. We travelled in more than 50 countries and this was the worst place ever. Please don’t go until the management fix the issues.

- This is a very honest review. The place looks run down and neglected. The seating in the vast lounge area was filthy. The first floor area stank of wood smoke. The room had plaster peeling off the wall. There was no internet. We cannot understand why any previous reviews found this place acceptable. We paid on check in, saw our room and asked for our money back which they did.

- Booked 2 nights, but spent only one there. The cleanness of the bathroom was improvable. No hot water at all. Cold water only between 6pm and 9pm and between 6am and 8pm (theoretically due to a water problem in the village but other places were having water without restrictions). The dinner and breakfast is improvable with respect to other places in the Quilotoa loop. Not really worth the money, totally overpriced for what is offered. I couldn't recommend it and wouldn't come back.

- Muy sucio y mal mantenido el lugar, las fotos no se parecen a la realidad.

- L'endroit semble abandonné. Les détritus sont restés en place depuis sans doute des mois, par terre, sur les sièges, les tables et les escaliers. Le soir pas d'eau. Il a fallu la demander pour en avoir, mais de toute façon la douche était inutilisable... Le lendemain matin, pas d'eau, rien du tout ! J'ai utilisé l'eau à boire pour me laver. On dirait que l'endroit a fait faillite et que des gens du coin encaissent. Il y avait bien un poêle dans la chambre, mais personne n'est jamais venu l'allumer. Tout ça n'empêche pas cet établissement d'être noté 7,8 sur Booking Et donc, quel crédit donner aux notes de Booking...

+ bequeme Betten und genug Decken

- Trinkwasser nur zum Verkauf, die Anfrage den Ofen anzuheizen wurde abgelehnt und auf später vertröstet, nachdem der Ofen an war, war das ganze Zimmer verräuchert Keine Steckdosen im Zimmer gratis Tee, aber keine Tassen. Anfrage nach Tassen wurde wiederwillig beantwortet und auf später vertröstet Warmwasser erst nach fünf Minuten

+ Muy buen desayuno

+ Maria and her family were very kind and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and i had a heater to stay warm. breakfast was also really good. Perfect location 1 min walk away from the mirador, trail down to the lake and many restaurants, cafes etc.

- Everything was 10/10.

- Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, kaputte, rauchende Öfen, zerrissene Vorhänge, ...

+ Estuvo todo bien pero en la habitacion no habia ni jabon, ni toallas ni para secarse las manos. Como llegamos casi a la media noche nos dio pena preguntar. El lugar es muy frio, y habia una chimenea con lena pero no habia fosforos en la habitacion.

+ The showers were hot

+ La habitación amplia pero lamentablemnte llena de grietas humedad,el baño igual la ducha casi no cae agua porque la regadera se ve que esta de cambiar.Deberian darle mantenimiento a las instalaciones.

+ Habitación increíble, cama súper cómoda. Ducha con agua caliente y calefactor en la habitación.
