We were mortified. Money had been taken out of my account and We had no messages to say that is wasn’t open anymore and if it wasn’t for a spare bed in another world hostel down the road, I don’t know what we would’ve done. i booked two night in this Hostel, but the owners nor anyone showed up. The neighbours said, they were not in the country that time. I tried to call them many times, no answer, as well my Tuktuk driver with his local phone number. they never even reached out to me.
