+ Domestic Violence issues with individual lasting until 3 AM and the brown male individual with fake pearl jewellry wanted to blame me for it. The Hispanic Spanish speaker employees were unfriendly and not hospitable more like resentful at me. And verbally back talking. I did not want to engage or associate with them. They had issues and projected toxic gestures and behavior toward me like I was unwelcome. The India man I had to room with was not open to Americans and greedy about being in America and bad attitude like here to rob American and plunder. Disruptive and rude with smartphone in bunk space s I couldnt not sleep. He blasted his smartphone. Had expensive lifestyle and chose a hostel so they claimed more space than fair share. Said antiMexican comments and was not someone I would want to move to America like the problematic immigrants who expect to make more money than Americas because they think their race is superior. So I was disgusted that he had used his phone to control the space and was not respectful of quiet times. I think I should book at another place because the Hispanic employees were almost dangerous or I had to be cautious and I could not tolerate their toxic issues at me because they are not my race.

+ I didn’t like nothing about this property. I was very disappointed with everything honestly.
- The staff was not concerned with my pre-paid reservation and lied to me and the booking.com agents. And had no time of accommodation or accountability.
+ Nothing. I was turned away into the street and not given my room because I arrived at midnight. I begged for a bed . I offered to pay for yesterday, today, and tomorrow. I complained, he called me an asshole and slammed the door in my face.

+ 유니언스퀘어근접하있었다는건 큰장점이었어요. 바로옆에 밤늦게까지하는 슈퍼마켓이 있었던것
- 입구들어서자마자 불쾌한냄새에 힘들었어요 시설이오래된것과 주변에 노숙자들이 좀 있는편이라 밤늦게는 위험한듯하고 가격이 저렴한만큼 보안 치안에도 불안해보여요. 특히 여자들은 다른숙소를 추천합니다 남자들이많은듯요

- L’hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, a soli cinque minuti a piedi da una delle piazze più importanti della città ma anche a cinque minuti da uno dei quartieri più degradati di San Francisco. Sono rimasta scioccata dalla quantità di persone zombie che ho incontrato lungo la strada per raggiungere l’hotel, il che mi ha fatto sentire tutt’altro che al sicuro. Inoltre, il primo giorno rientrando in hotel ho trovato nella hall almeno cinque agenti di polizia che stavano interrogando un senzatetto. La struttura è vecchia e poco curata: i corridoi con parquet emanano un forte odore di urina e le camere lasciano molto a desiderare. Avevo prenotato una stanza quadrupla con bagno privato, ma il bagno era talmente piccolo che era difficile anche solo muoversi. Il lavandino si trovava fuori dal bagno e non c’era neanche il sapone. Nonostante avessi prenotato per tre notti, ho deciso di cambiare struttura già dopo la prima notte. E sono rimasta solo perché il giorno successivo, alle cinque del mattino, avevo una partenza programmata per un tour, e il punto d’incontro era nei pressi dell’hotel.

Reasonably positioned and fairly easy to get to from the airport, the Orange worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful and after a long flight you just want things to run smoothly. They did. Check in was a breeze, shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. Except for getting myself lost a few times , the Orange proved a good place to stay.
Try to avoid dusk till dawn hanging out. Breakfast is really good. Streets were noisy at night

+ emplacement TOPISSIME accueil, personnel, 24/24h petit déjeuner cuisine bien fournie en materiel: bcp de clients cuisinent café dispo tout est fonctionnel, pratique, confortable même si qlq éléments sont anciens
- manque de lavabo ds salle de bain communes 1 seul drap, 1 couverture qui n'a pas été changée à mon départ
TOPISSIME location Reception, staff, 24/24h breakfast kitchen well equipped with equipment: bcp of customers cooking coffee disposal everything is functional, practical, comfortable even if qlq elements are old lack of sink ds bathroom communes 1 single sheet, 1 blanket that has not been changed at my departure

- It’s noisy outside at night. People hang out outside the hostel talk loudly. I was awaken by noises. Bathroom is small. No shower gel is provided. Water is not hot enough for showering. Hand soap is running out but housekeeper didn’t replace the new one. Bed has bugs. WiFi is weak.
Unfortunately while they show the hostel is Handicap accessible it's really not, the free breakfast or laundry you can't access if unable to walk up stairs 2 flights the bathroom lacked the needed bars to get in the shower the one restroom for the shared bathroom had a step to get into it making it really hard for someone who can't use their leg/knee. Someone went through my bag making it a bit uncomfortable, the reception was nice in providing a private room for an extra $60.00.
