The beach is amazing. The camping is huge and has a good super market, along with everything you need to not even leave the premises while you're there. The downside is that it gets very full and the facilities can't support that many people. There is a wait for showers and toilets, which are usually dirty and smelly, and there is no toilet paper (only paper towels that run out during busy hours). The showers don't have shower heads and the pressure can be very low if all of them are in use. The people can be very loud, even after midnight, and the maintenance staff might ignore tasks of upkeep and do something totally unneeded. For example, our site had many dead leaves that nobody bothered to collect (although dead leaves were generally being collected around the campsite), and when two maintenance workers finally came to our area, they spent their time removing perfectly fine and alive grass from some corners (essentially destroying perfectly fine grass) and left the thick layer of leaves intact. We were also bitten extensively by some unidentified bugs (ticks, bed bugs, or similar) and there are some strong lights that cannot be turned off that might shine right above your tent. Also, if you come without a reservation because you want to see the area first, they will allocate you to a "free" camping area, where they will bring other tents right next to yours but still charge you for an exclusive spot if you asked for it during check-in. The power is not private (it has shared power poles) and not close to your spot, so you will need an extension cord. Don't pay for power if you just need it to charge your phone or use your hairdryer. You can do those things in the bathroom and coffee house. Only buy the power offering if you plan on cooking or some other heavy use. The camping also has free activities for children and adults, which were nice. You can rent a bike or e-scooter to get around and there is sup rental and some basic water activities with extra cost. Overall, the location is great and the place offers some good services. It needs to hire more people for cleaning the facilities though.
