C4 Resort Koh Tao

- I wanted the property to charge my card provided which I did couple of times before in Thailand. First of all I was not made aware that the payment by card is additionally chargeable extra 5% even though I told the owner that I’m willing to pay this method and not the cash !The owner said that it’s a standard rule in Koh Tao, however, it was not written anywhere during the booking process. The owner mentioned that they could cancel my booking. Very professional. I did not notice this habit in Thailand (Bangkok, Krabi, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Samui).

- Rude staff Unclean rooms Scammed for room key.

+ Abbiamo deciso di prolungare una notte perché Ko Tao é veramente bella. Abbiamo prenotato il taxi (300B) per raggiungere il molo, arrivato in ritardo Nessuna risposta al numero di emergenza quindi se loro non sono lì non aspettatevi che qualcuno vi risponda

- Les chambres sont minables, la douche cassée c était un tuyau d arrosage. Des taches dans les draps, et l hôtel collé à la route. Pour un prix beaucoup plus élevé que des superbes hôtels à Koh Tao. Nous avons dû rajouter une nuit sur cette île et pas d autre option, je ne recommande pas. De plus tous les hôtels offrent une navette pour le port, alors qu eux nous ont fais payer et payer plus que ce qui était indiqué.

- Ik kwam hier met een geaccepteerde booking om vervolgens te horen dat er geen kamers meer waren. Vervolgens na een hoop heen en weer gepraat hebben ze een kamer geregeld in het hotel ernaast. Erg irritant. Vervolgens de dag erna mijn bagage voor een paar uur achter gelaten bij het verblijf. Toen ik terug kwam was mijn backpack meegenomen door een collega. Het was maar goed dat ik op tijd terug was anders was mijn bagage mee gegaan op de boot. Al met al erg slechte ervaring.

+ Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. L’hôtel d’à côté aide pour louer le scooter et réserver des billets. Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours.

- La chambre était infestée de moustiques à notre arrivée. Il n’y a a pas de double vitrage et la rue est passante toute la nuit avec des scooters ainsi que des voisins qui font la fête sur le balcon jusqu’à tard ou plutôt tôt le lendemain matin ! Ce n’était pas dutout calme !

- Ik kwam de kamer binnen en er waren allerlei insecten. Ook de badkamer enorm klein. De douche staat bijna in het toilet. En het is er erg vochtig. Ik heb er niet geslapen en een hotel elders genomen.

- Ordered a deluxe double room, what I got was an old and not well maintained room far from what the pictures were showing. Spots of mould in the bathroom, broken cabinet and a lot of mosquitos and a lizzard in the room. Thin walls, could hear both traffic and neighbours through the night.

+ 1. 위치 좋았음. 출장으로 왔던 거라 회사 사무실 + 사이리비치 딱 중간이라서 출근하기도, 놀러가기도 딱 좋았던거 같음 2. 직원들 친절함 3. 음.... 짜내려고 해도 잘 몰겠음 ㅠㅠ

- 1. 벌레가 너무 많음... 나방들에게 잠식당했는데 매일 죽여도 사라지지 않고 또 증식되어 있음 ㅠㅠ 2. 도로가에 있어서 도로 오토바이, 차 소리 그리고 정글파티 있는 날이면 애들 환호성에 너무 시끄럽... 귀마개 끼고 자야 함 3. 조식 진짜 별거 없음.. 그거라도 주니 고맙다고 해야하나? ㅠㅠ 스크램블 에그라도 추가해줬으면ㅋ

+ The property was very modern and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were a great size and the balcony too. Everything is in walking distance as well with great amenities around

+ Good location but very noisy at night with bikes and dogs but that's expected in such a central location. Staff were a bit rude.

- Not a single good morning or how are you from the staff which is strange as everywhere is Thailand is so friendly! Maybe some people skills to improve on.

+ Clean and tidy rooms, perfect location. Amazing staff

+ Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Großer Kühlschrank und auch der Balkon war super mit Kleiderstange um nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen, Personal sehr Freundlich

- Es ist extrem hellhörig. Vor allem die Tür zum Balkon, der zur Straße hin ist, ist überhaupt nicht abgedichtet und es schallt sehr stark. Man hört jedes Motorrad und wenn eine Jungle Party stattfindet, fahren alle Trucks an dem Hotel vorbei spät nachts mit viel Lärm. Es gibt eine Gruppe von Hunden die sich jede Nacht 2-3 mal sehr laut anbellt. Man wacht also jede Nacht mindestens 3-4 mal auf, trotz Ohrstöpsel

+ Good location. Not too busy outside. Good value.

- A lot of noice from cars and motorbikes through the night as the sound isolation towards the street is not great.

+ Clean got water every day and toilet roll. Good of hotel to pick you up from harbour but all the hotels do toast jam and fruit for breakfast

- The dearest hotel room I’ve stopped in, in Thailand and the pressure of the shower, hardly any water came out

+ La ubicación es perfecta, nos movimos sin problema caminando al centro y a la playa. tienen café, té, tostadas, manteca y mermelada y frutas cada mañana sin cargo. Ofrecen buscarte y dejarte en el puerto cuando llegas y te vas sin costo. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda
