- They put me in a room, and in that room, the air conditioner made a lot of noise all night; neither I nor my wife slept. I spoke to the employee but he said there were no other rooms available.

- There is no hot water. Staff was not good they just reply bt expression. And rude

- the shower cubicle with a curtain that was held up with a piece of string and when tried to slide curtain the rail broke and half of the curtain fell down.... the old AC system above my bed had cracks all along the full length I was frightened it would come crashing down on me,I was tempted to move the bed to the opposite wall of the room...one cupboard door hinge broke and not fixed or replaced, TV unsuitable only 6 channels with just Euronews in English..general allover decoration ,painting and sealants poorly applied and curtains very faded... I wrote a letter to the management stating the above and asking for a partial refund but forgot to leave it in the room...I'm specific with my detailing above because i'm a general all round DIY man for over 45 years and I have never seen a room in such a rundown state..upon the first morning I looked at previous hotels that I have used there but no vacancies..I did not let the owners know of my disgust of the room because if they offered me another room ,what would that be like,, I decided to wait for this opportunity to give my comments

- Pessimo albergo, le stanze erano sporche, locali antichi.

+ Assolutamente nulla a partire dall’ingresso con una scala stretta e ripida che porta alla reception. Per arrivare alla camera siamo passati tra un montagna di biancheria sporca depositata a terra e strumenti di pulizia. Ho pensato che da lì a poco avrebbero sgombrato ma quando siamo usciti dalla camera dopo qualche ora ancora tutto come prima. Ho fotografato e lamentato la situazione, la ragazza alla reception ci ha chiesto pazienza promettendo il cambio della camera più bella e con vista mare e per le notti seguenti siamo stati in una camera più grande con vista mare, ma con arredo vecchissimo e trascurato, rubinetto del lavandino senza miscelatore. Nessuna pulizia o riassesto della camera durante la nostra assenza. Mai più!

+ El alojamiento está muy bien teníamos un poco de miedo por las reseñas pero la verdad que pensando en calidad precio está bien, es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Solo como recomendación la limpieza si podría mejorar un poco no está sucio como pensábamos por comentarios anteriores pero si un poco de polvo en los armarios eso sería bueno mejorarlo. Y dejar rollos de papel en el baño por si se acaba porque nos tocó pedirlos dos veces.

+ Exceptional room all mods , clean , friendly staff, location perfect, fully fitted with fridge, TV with all channels kettle, iron facilities, hair dryer, clean towels , staff super friendly and helpful, price was fantastic only two minutes walking from all amenities. 9.7 out of 10 Can't thank the staff enough as they even helped me with everything I needed and went out of their way to make sure everything was good 👍

- Location, facilities, friendly staff, fully fitted, price amazing size of the room, ensuite with everything inside, local transport, supermarkets, sea front on the door step,restaurants and lots to do in the area , right in the heart of the city 100 percent worth it

- 71 szoba. Ócska felszerelès , a klíma nem fűtött. A szappanadagoló leesik a falról, a melegvíz legalább fèl óra mire megjön. Amit sziloplasztal lehet javìtani az megy. Felemás burkolatok, tv csìkos kèpernyő. Vèkony falak mèg a szomszèd horkolása is haladszik. Ha csak alvásra kell elmegy.

+ Everything was great. The location is amazing. There is a Latin bar with great music right next to the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
