Really good location. Unfortunately the staff were kinda rude and judgmental, don’t really care too much just wanna cook my pasta and tomato sauce in peace

Fue el primer hostal al que fuimos nada más llegar a la Habana. Aprovechándose de eso, su personal nos hizo el cambio a 220!! Nada más salir a la calle, nos ofrecían entre 250 y 260. Solo le importaba eso, que cambiásemos dinero lo más rápido posible antes de enterarnos del cambio de la calle. No os fiéis de los cambios de los alojamientos de la Habana, en cualquier otra ciudad, el cambio es mucho mejor y por la calle también. Respecto al alojamiento, está bien y la ubicación buena

Geen aanrader dit hostel! Wij sliepen op de bovenste verdieping, waar ook de eigenaresse slaapt. Op een kleine oppervlakte liepen vier honden en drie katten rond. Het dakterras zat onder de uitwerpselen van de dieren en hier waren ook nog meerdere vogelkooien. Het was smerig op de verdieping en het stonk behoorlijk. De kamer was verder oke. Alleen zijn ze ongevraagd op de kamer geweest. Ze zouden enkel schoonmaken als de kluis dicht zat, dat was niet het geval.

Don’t exchange usd/euro to pesos at the casa! We got a really bad rate (1 euro to 230 pesos)! You should get at least 250pesos (250-270)

Very good conditions of the room house. The lady who received was very helpfull. The water of the shower fails sometimes. i booked the room thinking i would have internet available, and yes you have, if you buy a card from the local interney supplyer.. so if is your first time in Cuba you wont have interned before you buy that card that you have to buy. So no internet. I tried to explained the lady that they should be more specific in the page and i was still caled "despotic" because i said that

Ótima localização, a 10 mins do centro e 5 do Malecón. Algumas dicas dadas pela anfitriã. Tinhamos pequeno almoço incluido, era okay, um bocado de ovo, pão duro e um pouco de fruta e café. Na primeira manhã não tivemos porque ela disse que não havia gas pa cozinhar, nao sei se é verdade. O quarto era agradável com varanda, frigorífico e televisão. A anfitriã faz cambio de dinheiro mas a taxa nao é muito boa, ela disse que o € baixou e fez nos 1€=250 pesos , em outros sitios ...

un très bon accueil de l'hôte, très réactive, qui anticipe les besoins de ses hôtes. Tant sur la "prépa" du séjour, elle fournit des bonnes adresses et change la monnaie devise en Pesos. Elle peut également s'occuper des réservations de taxi Pour Viñales, Varadoro et Trinidad à de très bon tarifs ! A recommander 100% 😊

The host is very friendly and make you feel at home. Walking distance from capitolio and the room has ac. Recommended.

on a eu une expérience magnifique avec Lunass. le personnel est très sympa et convivial. ils sont très réactif à nos demandes. notre passage à Cuba était à notre hauteur grâce à eux. à recommander parfaitement

Overall the place is good and decent and very good value for money; but there are major restrictions that they push it too much. For example, at check-in they hand you 3 keys none of which is the key to the apartment 😂; so at every entry and even exit to the apartment the door is locked and you need ring staff to open it. For the stronger wifi they charged me extra 10$ for only 2 days; and there are still cutoff issues in it due to the govt elecricity.

I had a great experience in Habana. Thank you to Rosemari and the staff for making my stay easy and smooth. I hope to stay there again.

Good hostel

Superbe logement, très agréable et propre Nous avons été vraiment bien accueillies avec pleins de conseils, il y a la possibilité de faire du change sur place, c’est très pratique La nuit les coupures d’électricité sont fréquentes dans le quartier alors attention au téléphone ;) Je recommande ce logement !

I booked this hostel for 2 days to begin with and stayed there for 3 months. They weren't staff, they were family for the whole duration. So clean and so friendly. I would recommend this hostel to anyone, be it travellers or families. You will not regret it. broke my heart to leave these wonderful Cuban people.

Si tienes que viajar por la Havana, y tendrás que viajar por aquí si vienes a Cuba. Es importante que te hospedes en esta casa, y que lo disfrutes

I spent four nights at Lunass and it was absolutely perfect! The hostel is very pleasant, clean and secure. It's like staying in a hotel but with a friendlier atmosphere! Rosemari (the host) is very welcoming and really makes travelling easier by providing all the information and tips you need about Havana. She even gave me a little gift for my birthday! The location is also good for getting out of the tourist area. I highly recommend this accommodation!

no kitchen but an own fridge in the dorm. super small but cozy hostel. very nice and helpful staff. i love the location abd even while blackouts there is still water

Lunass is the best place to stay in Havana!! Safe. Accommodating. Host is the sweetest person. Security on site. Laundry services. Felt right at home! For anyone traveling to Cuba first time be mindful of limited electricity and internet hours (it’s a Cuba thing not Lunass). Bring plenty of cash. And get a SIM card+ VPN prior to arrival. And if you can book a tour to Viñales Valley!!

They have the best staff here, they are like good friends who have given me endless help. Every guest has received their help, you have to know that cuba is not an easy country to travel alone during this period, but here your friends are always waiting for you!

I had a good experience at this hostel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions and recommendations. There is always someone at the front so that made me feel pretty safe. My room was always kept clean by housekeepers. I appreciated the lock box for extra security for my valuable belongings. The location was ideal, close to everything I wanted to see. Overall, it felt safe. Cuba is going through a difficult time right now but being here made me feel safe
