Serious bed bug infestation in the female dorm room Please do not stay in this hostel. I booked for this hostel for 4 nights. I stayed in the felmale dorm room for one night, and then I found a big bed bug on the ceiling of my bed and my sheet had blood. I also found other bugs on someone's bed in 2 mins. I asked the other 6 guests in the room about the bugs, and all of them knew that the room was full of bed bugs. One of the guests couldn't EVEN remember how many bed bugs she killed. They stayed there unwillingly, as they couldn't find another accommodation because of the festival. Two ladies who stayed just next to my bed had so many bed bug bites on their back, arms, and legs. They were packing to leave the room because of the bugs. I also immediately packed my luggage and checked out. Honestly, the members of staff were very kind, however, it cannot be the reason I sleep with bed bugs. During check-in, they mentioned bugs just mosquitos and flies brought by guests, also they use bug spray every day to get rid of bugs, but they didn't talk about bed bugs. Bed bugs don't die by spray. They seriously need to do deep cleaning and hire professionals to solve these problems. I spent around 5000bht to find new places to stay for 3 nights, get hot wash services(to avoid carrying bed bugs or their eggs home), and take taxis to move to the next hostel or hotel every single day. It was so tiring and stressful, I didn't have to spend that much if the hostel was fine. So please avoid booking here.
