Unfortunately, we found a bed bug/chinche in our first room. We immediately reported it to reception, and to their credit, the staff responded quickly and changed us to another room right away. However, the following morning we found another bed bug in the second room as well, this time on the pillow. At that point, the hotel processed a refund for us. I appreciate that the reception staff handled the situation professionally and tried to resolve the issue promptly, but finding bed bugs in two different rooms was very concerning and made us uncomfortable staying at the property. I hope the hotel ensures that cleaning and pest-control protocols are thoroughly reviewed and effective moving forward.

Prima hostel.

Our room cards would sometimes fail to work and required replacements multiple times. Keep in mind that these cards are also programmed to get you to different floors and without them you can only go to the lobby on the first floor. Some staff members appeared rude and would give us a "cold-shoulder" type of service, which was upsetting, considering we were respectful and polite.

Avoid this place like the plague. Firstly, I showed up and asked nicely to checkin (I’m a little nervous when speaking to new people). But instead of helping me do that straight away, the frizzy curly haired lady behind the checkin counter started to try reaching me some manners!! Something I found insane, especially when you want to make a good impression. She was very quiet and grumpy after that until she sent me to my room as well. Onto the rooms. Dear lord. If I could attach photos, I would. In my room at least (506), there are bed bugs that you see pop up in all the beds frequently . Every single day. My right ankle has 8 bites after 2 nights and my left ankle has 3 bites. Embarrassing for a place that is this highly regarded. You need fans in the bunk in this place due to how warm it is, and thankfully there are fans. HOWEVER, unlike other hostels which seem to have good fans in Medellin, this Hostel have fans that are somehow louder than an aeroplane. So you either have to sleep while sweating profusely, or with an insane sound next to your head where you can’t even hear anything in your earphones unless it’s max volume. My room was for 8 people yet there was only one bathroom in the room which I found bizarre. Normally when this is the case, it’s nice to go use the toilets available outside the room on whichever floor I’m on. However, for some unknown reason, this Hostel only has bathrooms in your room. Very strange. Finally, I will say, on my final day, I had a very welcoming and helpful man on the checkout desk who let me use the coworking space until my flight and showed me the way. Other positive is that this place is connected to a restaurant. Anyway, those positives do not outweigh some serious negatives, and my feet are in severe pain now :/ many better options in Medellin like Los Patios for example

Análise do ambiente
A matemática social é irregular.
