Aight ngl hostels just not good. Staff is good but clearly stressed, probably not enough employee. Showers had bugs, beds weren’t clean, room had no AC and poor ventilation. No lockers and main door is unlocked. Beds were on wobbly steel frames. Overall pretty dirty and grimy. Walk to get there is uphill and out of the way from stuff. View does look nice, but doesn’t make up for the rest.
Het service was afschuwelijk. Om 23:00 zei de man van de receptie dat het tijd was om te slapen, dat bepaal ik zelf wel. De laatste avond geloofde die zelfde man dat hij niet geloofde dat wij in de hostel verbleven dus moesten we dat bewijzen door onze bandjes te tonen wat we nooit eerder moesten doen. Het is er niet gezellig en de hostel biedt geen leuke activiteiten aan. Wij komen niet meer terug.
The service was awful. at 23:00 the man at the reception said it was time to sleep, that I decide for myself. last night the same man believed that he did not believe that we were staying in the hostel so we had to prove it by showing our bands which we never had to do before. it is not nice and the hostel does not offer any fun activities. we will not come back.
Ostello veramente pessimo, più un hotel che un'ostello, pieno di divieti, una terrazza cui non si può accedere se non pima delle 21.00 un pessimo potiere noturno che sfoga le sue frustrazioni sui clienti, sembra che al room in the city dia fastidio se la gente socializzi. Aula di laptop con tempeature basse. Assolutamente da evitare
A really bad hostel, more a hotel than a hostel, full of prohibitions, a terrace that you can't access until after 9pm a bad night potty that flushes out its frustrations on customers, seems like the room in the city is annoying if people socialize.
I left early. None of the rooms or common areas are air conditioned so it's unliveably hot and humid during summer (yes it was unseasonably hot but still). My first room (12 bed share) had a window to the restaurant noisy until 1am, and then nearby bars screaming until 4.30am. NOT recommended for solo travellers - no community vibe, no events or ways to meet other travellers. They said people meet at the bar, but it's public full of locals so that simply doesn't work.
Horrible disrespectful staff, would not book here again.

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to my worst enemy. The staff (primarily the night staff) was atrocious and had zero consideration for safety or security. Originally was supposed to stay for 4 nights and by the first night i cancelled my entire booking and went to a hotel because of the lack of respect and priority of communication and safety.
We booked a 4 person room and it was so tiny we couldn’t open our bags, it was really dirty/ dusty, it smelt really bad and super expensive. They also don’t have a laundry.
I think it’s a joke that this place charges €50 per night and doesn’t even provide AC to make their guests stay comfortable. Very hot during my stay and barely slept. There’s also no atmosphere here too. 0 vibes.
Very expensive for what it is. Staff make no effort to organise any events, tell you about San Sebastián.. (not even a suggested walking tour?), the people are off… families / old people. Location is not bad and curtains are good.

really good hostel with comfy bad. the bathroom in female room is a nice touch. close to the beach and old town.
A couple of solo days in San Sebastián and this was a perfect stay! Beds and pillows were super comfortable, location perfect, staff very accommodating and friendly. I’ll definitely be staying again!
It’s an amazing hostel! I really liked the beds in the dorms; when the curtain was closed it felt like your own little room. Huge storage for stuff with built-in lock. Our 6-bed dorm had a super spacious bathroom, which was cleaned daily. Huge outside space and rooftop terrace (with not an amazing view but ok). The inside areas are all in the cellar so when the weather isn’t nice, I imagine it to be a little strange sitting in the cellar. Also free luggage storage & great location!

To be honest I did not ecpected that great stuff ever possible. I felt like they care about me truly. The bed was comfy and the location good.

This is a clean and very central located hostel. However, there is not really a sense to meet people quickly there. Also, no stove is available in the kitchen. But if you are looking for a good deal for an accommodation which emphasize the visit of the city than you are very good with this hostel.
The hostel was in a decent location and the beds were fine. The rooms were a bit small and crammed, everytime the door opened it was right next to my head and the lockers jammed a lot. The hostel staff were not that helpful and even though there is a 'quiet time' they blast music and theres a bar right outside the dorm rooms until after midnight. So sleep isnt the best. The kitchen was a decent space though with microwave and fridge space. No real space to relax and meet others, not social.

Nice hostel, really great location! A bit expensive but that seems in line with the rest of the city. Spacious single bathrooms, towel included. Some squeaky doors so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs.
The location is really good and safe. It’s really close to the beach with many cafes and bars next to it. The kitchen has a lot of things to cook with just not a stove. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean and beds are comfortable with curtains. The bathrooms could be a little more clean but nothing bad. I would definitely stay again!
I loved my stay here! The staff was very nice and helpful. They have curtains by your bed for privacy and the security is very high! They give you a bracelet that opens the hostel door, your dorm and your locker! Only thing that I missed was a proper place where i could cook. They only have a microwave, no stove.
Superbe endroit, très bien conçu, personnel très agréable. Au mois de mars le tarif en dortoir de 8 est vraiment intéressant. J'ai vu beaucoup de backpackers mais celui-là est simplement le meilleur.
Great location, very well designed, very nice staff. in March the rate in 8 bedroom dormitory is really interesting. i have seen many backpackers but this one is simply the best.
This might be the best hostel I’ve stayed in! Clean, good atmosphere, with lovely staff who let me shower after my check out time. The beds had curtains and large lockers. The outdoor patio and rooftop spaces were nice too. No breakfast but there’s a kitchen with microwave, toaster & fridge. I appreciated that there were no added costs for bag storage. Would stay here again!
Lits et chambres modernes très agréables. Très grand, il y a de la place. L'emplacement est top ! Petit bémol sur deux points : - il n'y a PAS de cuisine. Il y a des frigos, un micro-onde, de la vaisselle et une bouilloire mais pas de plaques/four. Ils indiquent que c'est conforme aux lois de la ville mais du coup j'ai trouvé le prix un peu cher sans cuisine. - le bruit lié au bar (qui semble lié à l'hostel) s'entend dans les chambres, ce qui est un peu gênant pour dormir.
Very nice modern beds and bedrooms. Very large, there is space. The location is top notch ! Small glitch on two points : - there is NO kitchen. There are refrigerators, a microwave, dishes and a kettle but no plates/fur. They indicate that it complies with city laws but suddenly I found the price a little cheap without a kitchen. - the noise related to the bar (which seems to be related to the hostel) is heard in the rooms, which is a bit inconvenient to sleep.

Excelente ubicación. Camas amplias, limpias, con cortinas para privacidad, baños limpios. Hay reglamento de horario para ruidos en los cuartos. Cajones grandes con chapa debajo de cada cama para guardar tus cosas. Hay posibilidad de dejar la maleta en consigna al hacer el check out. Muy atento el personal !!
Excellent location. spacious, clean beds, with curtains for privacy, clean bathrooms. There are hours rules for noise in the rooms. Large drawers with a label under each bed to store your things. There is a possibility to leave the suitcase at the consignee when checking out. Very attentive staff !!
Nice hostel with well designed concept. Stable beds which do not move and the curtains provide some privacy. It was low season and therefore not much hostel atmosphere. I am sure if more people would been there, it would have been better. Enough space to socialize is provided. I can recommend staying there.
