Prima hotel, lekker zwembad. Ik vond het personeel niet uitblinken in vriendelijkheid (meestal een sterk punt) op een paar mensen na.
I found the staff to excel in friendliness (usually a strong point) to a few people.
The lady running the hotel was wonderful, sorting everything out for us including tours and very early check in and breakfast. The room felt a little in need of redoing but the pool was nice. As most hotels are in Hoi an a bit of a walk into old town
We hebben hier een heeerijk verblijf gehad! Het zwembad is fijn, de kamer schoon en ruim en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. We hadden een vroege vlucht en ze regelden een taxi en breakfast to go voor ons. Het restaurant “Tin Tin” aan de overkant is een aanrader, 2x erg lekker gegeten! Enige minpuntje is dat het oude centrum ongeveer een kwartier lopen is, maar dan zie je nog wat van de stad! :)
We had a great stay here! the pool is nice, the room is clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. we had an early flight and they arranged a taxi and breakfast to go in front of us. the restaurant Tin Tin aan de overkant is an anrader, 2x very good eaten! one small thing is that the old center is about a quarter of a block walk away, but then you still see some of the city! :)
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Sunshine hotel very much. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they truly want you to enjoy your stay. Phuong was so helpful when booking our taxi to the airport. She made sure we had showers and everything we needed to get there on time. Chung was also so kind and greeted us every morning during breakfast. Thank you to all the staff, we had a great time!
Only stayed here one night after getting an overnight bus. Had all the basics I needed and breakfast was good. Staff were very nice and the pool was also nice.

Front of house staff are fabulous. Really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great. Nice to get away from the hubbub of the old quarter. Pool was lovely. The staff really make this place homey and comfortable as they are willing to go the extra mile for you. Will come again.

It was wonderful to stay in Sunshine hotel. Staff very friendly especially YEN was so helpful and always ready for good advice with booking tours. Better than expected. Will be back for sure
Yen and her staff were wonderful, very helpful, polite and friendly, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Close enough to everything but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Thank you Yen :) 😀

Preis-Leistung ist top. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, man bekommt jeden Tag neue Handtücher und Wasser auf‘s Zimmer. Der Pool ist mega sauber und man kann gut darin schwimmen, weil er relativ groß und tief ist. Das einzige was nicht so gut war ist das Frühstück, weil es nicht so eine große Auswahl gibt und auch nur à la carte gab und kein Buffet, so wie wir eigentlich dachten. Aber trotzdem super Hotel und die Rezeptionisten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
The rooms are super clean, you get new handbags and water on your room every day. the pool is mega clean and you can swim in it because it is relatively large and deep. the only thing that was not so good was the breakfast, because there is not so much choice and also only à la carte and no buffet, as we originally thought. but still super hotel and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly.
We had a lovely time here! The staff was so so kind and helpful, the hotel had lots of tours that they booked for you, the pool was so nice and shaded for most of the day! The location is great, easy taxi or grab ride to Old Town and a nice bike ride to the beach. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved our stay here, lovely hotel with super helpful staff. We had a delicious buffet breakfast, easily extended our stay and swam all day in their lovely pool. The room is super clean and has all the amenities you could need with free water bottles. The location is a bit out of town but with the free bicycles it was super easily accessible and nice to be able to escape the business of Hoi An in the evening or for an afternoon swim!
Super vriendelijk personeel, ze helpen met het boeken van dagtrips en bussen. Locatie is ideaal. Zeker een aanrader!!

Staff went the extra mile to help out as much as they could. The room got cleaned daily and replaced towels sheets etc. You can rent bikes from the hotel and get a bicycle for free

I loved our stay here. It was a lot fancier than we were expecting. The staff was very helpful, but they did try to sell their tours to us quite frequently, and weren’t the cheapest option. The pool was great, they let us hang out in the pool when we arrived at 6am, and then upgraded our room and let us check in early. They were also accommodating with vegan options for breakfast.
Loved this hotel and the pool was amazing, the sun wasn’t on it from around 1pm so it was lovely and cool. The private room was nice and spacious and the balcony was lovely over looking the pool area. I ate at a few restaurants nearby and really liked them too, and the ladies on reception were really helpful and kind. I’d definitely stay again!
