Port Inn

A nice small place downtown, it's of the cheapest options you have in the city and as a result the hygiene is subpar, yet the breakfast was a blast; the service staff was kind and direct; the shared kitchen was well equipped with stove, kettle, coffee, tea, microwave, toaster-oven, fridge, storage and dishes. Mind you, this is regarding the shared accommodations: I didn't expect to have my bed made for me, but even though I was handed (what I believe to be) clean sheets I was still eaten alive by bed bugs, also the room's tiny bathroom was dirty and unpleasant.
