I booked a deluxe single room. I understand its not an expensive place to stay but I would have expected it to be clean. The stairs into the hotel are falling down, they bounce as you walk them. The room was a twin room with a bunk bed, not a single room, definitely not deluxe. The air-conditioning unit was covered in mold along with the ceiling. The mattress showed lots of signs of bed bugs, lots of poo. The final straw was when I asked about the fridge in the kitchen. Didnt work, completely moldy inside. When I asked how do I keep things cold when the fridge is broken, I was told to buy ice. I didnt even check the toilets. Meant to stay for 3 nights, checked out after 1 hour. Good location but that's all that seemed good.

Bed bugs infested beds and hostel! Run for your life!

Dirty, under construction, Bed Bugs, bad service. Smells of mold and mildew. Turning off the ac when it's too hot. All the worst things.

BED BUGS BEWARE. Unfriendly staff. Poor room maintenance. One entrance closed with no directions. Poor wifi. No views outside. NOT WORTH THE CHARGE.

Worst dormitory with bed bugs

Bed bugs !! A lot of bed bugs bites and manager have difficulty to deal with it !! Party at the rooftops until 3 AM and a lot of music and noise se we can't sleep !!

unsafe property. the staff (housekeeping) is thief. they stole my handphone & my money (rm300) that i left in my room just for short shower. i was stay in single room. Really2 not secure. the bed also too many bed bugs, toilet very small & dirty. water heater for shower sometimes ok, somtimes not. not worth it.

We where 3 and we had a room with 3 big windows so we have been lucky on that. Good location,close to Chinatown and transport,just 2 stops from the center. They have also towels that they give you with a 10 ringit deposit It seemed clean but unluckly I'm full of bites all around my body.... Bed bugs?!?!? As mentioned from others,breakfast is quite sad....bread and jam or butter,if you want a more decent one you need to pay.

This place is good if you like bedbugs. My wife was bitten in the twelve room dorm and another guy told us at breakfast he was bitten in a private room. We got the heck out of there.

I booked a private room to get a good sleep but some bedbugs kept me itching. The staff said they had steam cleaned the sheets last month and seem interested to solve the problem but offered no discount on the room. I was happy with staff and nice place but the private room 301 was hot with no airflow..and bedbugs.
