We arrived the hotel at midnight, the staff told us they do not have room for us, left us at the reception and doing nothing. He even said there was no the room type we booked within the hotel. The hotel and the booking agency both have problems and responsibilities. One of the most disappointed experience we have ever had. Also, its not like a hotel, more like a hostel.
