Je déconseille fortement cet hostal. La nuit coûte plus de 10€, mais les conditions ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur : pas d’eau potable, et l’état des installations, notamment de la douche, laisse vraiment à désirer (voir photos). This hostel was a huge disappointment. 7% card fees are outrageous, showers have no pressure, rooms are dingy with broken bed frames and no lockers. Everything costs extra: coffee, showers, lockers after check-out. The owner is unwelcoming and failed to notify me about a room change, which I learned from the cleaning lady despite her having my WhatsApp. Security issues—volunteers are unvetted, and a tablet was stolen few days prior. Many guests share the same frustrations. Avoid this place!

Trust me, it might be a better option to go somewhere else

We booked two private rooms with private bathroom and we only get one. The other part of the group had to stay in a dorm. We have decide to leave because of that and because of the dirt of our rooms. They’ve ask us to pay our full reservation of 2 private rooms. We obviously didn’t accept to pay this price but we were forced to pay 1 night for 2 private rooms. Never again.

Double room with private bathroom: Dirty room, big stains and mold on the walls. Room was small and beds uncomfortable bathroom had no mirror...One of the worst accommodations on our trip (value for money). The vibe is good though and it's a good place for socialising. Maybe the dorms are better, but I can not recommend the double room.

Nous étions 2 et avions réservé 2 lits en dortoirs. A notre arrivée on nous a dit qu’on ne pouvait pas être dans le même dortoir et que nous devions nous entendre sur quel dortoir choisir. L’un ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de l’établissement, le dortoir se trouvait de l’autre côté de la petite rue, dans un autre bâtiment, le lit n’était même pas prêt alors que l’heure du check in était passée. honestly the worst experience I had after 3 months traveling in Colombia! dirty and small bathroom, there is even no soap to wash your hands. very noisy building, the whole room shakes when somebody walks on the 2nd floor. laundry service is with hands and takes 3 days to dry! I received half of my clothes with a blue stain that never went away. when i complained to the owners they didn't care, they only said people are stupid in Europe and pay too much for their clothes!

Been to this hostel quite a few times and each time it’s more run down. This past trip was very rundown in every aspect for facilities and staff. Very let down this time as we booked a private room with ensuite and was given a dormitory with no ensuite bathroom. Still had to pay the private room price. The bathroom across the hallway was quite disgusting. Smelled horrible, had no hand soap, and had to use a stick to flush the toilet which would go missing everyday. Felt ripped off.

Cet hostel n’a pas été agréable, le sommier de mon lit était complètement cassé donc inconfortable, mon Check in a été fait très en retard après avoir déjà attendu plusieurs heures sur les lieux, tout est payant et cher (dont le café !), et il faut être prêt à se doucher avec un filet d’eau dans la douche du bas donc au final il n’y a qu’une seule douche convenable dans l’hostel Le seul point fort est le coin cuisine qui est agréable et bien équipé

The two hostels. Squeezes you for every penny: coffee, water, towels, early check-in, v expensive laundry per 1/2 bag, AC during day paid per hour. The volunteers were so nice though. We had a private double room which was nice but v damp and AC created a puddle in our room so our bags were wet. Only allowed to use main kitchen from 10am-10pm. He says you must take tours through him but there are different and better options. Location is great, we love Rincon despite this

I enjoyed staying here. Despite being low season, the other guests at the hostel and volunteers were friendly. Daniel, Tania and Anna did a great job meeting any requests I had. Beds were comfortable and aircon was sufficient to sleep cooly. Kitchen was good too for cooking. Located in between the busy main beach to the left and the quieter beach to the right, so super ideal. I would like to see the bathrooms cleaned more frequently (quite sandy) and one or two toilets not working during my stay

Endroit très sympathique pour découvrir un petit coin de paradis. Juste à côté de la plage et des mangroves, endroits sympa, mais où tout est payant. Mais pas mal de vie et de différents endroits reliés pour profiter des excursions et de ce petit village.

Hostel très agréable, petit cocon au calme. Il y a un endroit pour faire de yoga en face de la mangrove c’est canon ! Les tours proposés sont très sympa. En revanche organisation pour les paiements à revoir selon moi : soit on paye directement quand on consomme, soit il faut un moyen de créer une cagnotte à payer à la fin.

Really nice hostel, staff very friendly. Very social and nice atmosphere. Tours run through the hostel are good. Can pay at hostel by card but any additional with cash so bring cash as there’s no cash point there!

Me encantó el Hostel. Uno de los mejores de la zona. Lo recomiendo, los desayunos son muy ricos y está muy cerca de la playa.

A lovely hostel, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Colonbian caribbean. The common areas are cozy beautiful great for chilling or meeting people. Breakfast is delicious, with fresh options every day. They also offer activities like snorkeling, boat tours, and local walks. Amazing vibe and super friendly staff!

Me diverti mucho en este lugar, tienen un montón de actividades y los mejores tips de viaje.

The staff are wonderful and helpful. The facilities are basic but value for money.

Be aware that this hostel is trying to save water so showers are limited. Rooms have good air con and comfy beds. The kitchen is the main sell here and is a good choice for if you’re planning to cook meals.

Fiquei em um dormitório de 4 pessoas e adorei, tem opções com ar condicionado e ventilador e opções também de quartos privados e para família. O quarto estava muito bem limpo, a cama era muito confortável, a cozinha compartilhada equipada para fazer refeições. O atendimento foi excelente, desde o check-in até as meninas que fazem o café da manhã foram muito cordiais e amigáveis e me deram várias dicas sobre rincon. Petit hostel calme et agréable tout prêt de la plage et le personnel est très accueillant. J’ai passé super moment !

We zaten in een aparte kamer vlakbij het hostel, bij een restaurant. Hier kan je heerlijk eten, al kost dit wel wat geld. De host is heel erg behulpzaam en Rincon del Mar is echt een aanrader

Hartstikke fijn hostel vlakbij de zee. Er liep een familie aan personeel rond die je al te graag hielp. Je kan er heerlijk eten, tours krijgen en chillen op het dakterras.
