Concept Design Hostel

I found a bed bug in my bad after the first night. I immediately told the stuff, they did not take it very seriously, they did not clean the bed nor discussed with the other people in the room. Also they seemed aware of the problem and purposely not act on it. Also, they have silence rules but people would be very loud in the middle of the night and the hostel staff does not care.

Bed bugs! I had booked for three nights and on the second day I came back to the hostel to see my mattress completely missing. I asked the reception what had happened and they didn’t give me a clear answer and just offered to move me to a different room. After checking some of the other mattresses, we found so many bed bugs! Thank fully the reception were fair and gave us a refund for our stay. The rest of the facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. I would not recommend staying here.

Booked into this hostel a few weeks ago and but didn't end up staying because when I checked the bed it had a bed bug on the sheet. The reception were apologetic and happy to refund me straight away, however they didn't seem to take the situation too seriously, and just 'closed off' the bed which was in a room full of other people.

Check your beds because I had a lot of bed bugs. reception staff were kind and apologetic and put me in a new room immediately.

Encontramos chinches en la cama. Fuimos con mi amigo al hostal precisamente por que tiene buenos reviews pero la primera noche mi amigo no podía dormir y se levantó y habían chinches (redbuds) en las sábanas y más de ellas en el filo del colchón y huevillos. Se quejó con recepción y lo único que dijeron es que era porque los huéspedes llevan comida a las habitaciones, pero en realidad los chinches se alimentan de sangre, así que nada que ver. Nos cambiaron a otras camas pero me da la sensación que la limpieza no es prioridad y que si estaba en una cama, seguramente estarán en las otras.

Mi amigo encontró chinches (redbug) en su cama la primera noche que llegamos. Habían varios entre las sabanas y los colchenes e incluso larvas (huevillos). Cuando fue a decirle al personal, uno de los chicos lo vio y dijo que es porque los huespedes llevan comida dentro de las habitaciones y que le va a cambiar de habitación. Sin embargo, el hecho de que haya estado en una de las camas, hace pensar que obviamente estaban en el resto de camas porque ellos se esparsen y que en el hostal no le ponen la suficiente atención a la limpieza.
