   Don't choose this home stay. All 5 star review for this room is fake. Don't belive really one star is also not worth for this dirty and unpleasant home. my experience is not good in this home stay.

   I booked this homestay after reading the reviews, but my personal experience was more average than what I expected. The property itself is okay — it offers the basic facilities you need, but nothing exceptional. One thing I feel is important to share: some of the reviews don’t seem to reflect real guest experiences. I was also asked to leave a 5-star review, but I think it’s more helpful to be honest for future travelers.

   DONT STAY HERE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. the place is DISGUSTING and smells like a sewer stayed one night paid and left then recieved threatening messages on WhatsApp after which was laughable for me from a big dude who could hardly get of seat its the worst place ive ever stayed the smell nearly knocked the kids out then found a great place 5 minutes away Fort Abode.. Dont listen to other reviews it obvious he got friends and family to write these....wouldnt have given any stars if possible....DISGUSTING

   Our stay was extremely uncomfortable. The blankets were thin and too small for the cold weather. When we requested better ones, we were that he provided blankets according to the room rates(if you pay higher you get better facilities) Later we were given bedsheets in the name of blankets, which were also short and thiner Even basic things like packaged drinking water were not available; instead, we were offered used RO bottles. The bottles too looked very shabby. The washroom was dirty with a flimsy, half-broken lock and unhygienic mugs. No toiletries were provided either. The host was unprofessional, he asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay him directly to save on commission. His behavior was rude and full of unnecessary ego. The positive reviews online felt fake compared to the reality. Would not suggest staying here.

   The room was not at all good doesn't look like the photos uploaded in websites...he only uploads pictures of the room which looks good but gives us worst rooms....rooms were smelly and the water was very worst with bad smell and yellowish colour....No hot water we have to carry water in buckets from room to room...the owner was very talkative and exaggerates everything...the sheets of the bed was not good too ....we thought it was a villa ( it looked like a villa in the pictures he uploaded) but it was seperate seperate rooms with other people beside our rooms and we felt unsafe ...the tea cups are also very bad and not clean....the ac also didn't work suddenly in the morning when we were about to check out .... don't trust the pictures and the reviews from Google we had a very bad experience and such a waste of money...he also stated that ' before white people used to stay now no english people..so black people ( Indians )' he said these exact words the moment we entered the room and we felt awful.

   Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at *Dream Catcher* in Kochi was disappointing and not what was promised. Here's why: No Proper Parking: No dedicated parking area. You’ll have to navigate congested roads and manage on your own, which is inconvenient, especially for families. No Assistance with Luggage: No help with carrying bags, even for long-distance travelers. Hospitality was lacking. Congested Location with No Security: Narrow approach road and no clear security arrangements, leaving you feeling unsafe. No Basic Amenities: We didn’t have hot water during our stay. This was especially inconvenient with young children. Extra Charges for Air Conditioning: Shocking extra charge for A/C while it was already included, given the hot weather in Kochi. Fake Online Reviews:The positive reviews online don’t reflect the reality of the place. Genuine critical feedback seems to be flagged or removed. Not Suitable for Families: The facilities and environment are below basic standards, making it unsuitable for families. Conclusion: I regret choosing this place and would advise others to look elsewhere for a comfortable and safe stay in Kochi.

    オーナーのフェルナンデスは日本にいたこともあり、部屋も整っていて、近くにはレストラン、ビエンナーレにも歩いて行ける距離にあり、コーヒーと紅茶も無料だったり、愉快で楽しく滞在出来ました。
