+ Booked a double room for security.

- Dirty. Mosquitoes flew at me when I entered. Shared bathroom foul, only saw men using it. I slept on the towels supplied on top of the bed as I wasn’t game to get into the bedclothes. Used bathroom at restaurant rather than the shared bathroom. I’ve stayed in the dorms here before and enjoyed my stay. Private double room with shared bathroom is really yuk.

- Cero higiene en la habitación y espacios en común. Cucarachas por todos lados. Llovió y se inundó todo, habitaciones pasillos y tv room. El ventilador en la habitación no funcionaba bien y nos moríamos de calor. Había gente tomando alcohol en las habitaciones y dejaban todo sucio, y nadie lo limpiaba. La última noche entró gente a la habitación que no pertenecía ahí y presenciamos como los paramedicos fueron en rescate de una persona que estaba teniendo una sobredosis. Horrible ambiente, no recomiendo para nada, el peor hostel en el que estuve.

+ Property is old, dirty, room was disgusting , condom , coachroaches, sushi containers left in the room and not cleaned. Room smelled disgusting.

+ Location is good and affordable and the property has been a go to for many years, however this time I needed to cancel the booking as the 6 beds in a 6 person private room were not all in the one room, they were spread amongst different rooms. Called the property and asked to cancel and was told over the phone to email them and they would get back to me about refund options. Have emailed multiple times now and can not get a response

+ Nothing, from the moment I arrived I had a horrible feeling the worker was not very well presented at all and was consuming alcohol while working. When I was in the office giving my information the workers friend turned up with a 6 pack of beer for the worker as well I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

+ I had a very nice gentleman take my booking he explained everything that I needed to know and kindly gave me an entry card and showed me to my room and amenities. Bertha Skudder

+ Cheap Good location Clean enough

- Can be hard to cook in peak season

+ Location is fantastic. Near so many good cafe's and restaurants. Easy public transport connections.

- Lots of small cockroaches in our family room. As we were there for 6 nights, the staff did a clean, which reduced the number for a few days.

+ The room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

- There were cockroaches in the room every day, and sorrouding was very noisy every day.
