+ The room was very clean
- Couldn't find the garage to park my car. The share bathroom door made a huge slamming sound and my room was opposite the share bathroom. It was very busy and it kept slamming into the early hours of the morning

- Luckily it was just cables and chargers lost but not life. What kind of hostel allow parolee and drug user to live with students? And what kind of staff blame the guest who didn’t complain anything or try to let everyone else know? Now it’s time everyone should know. DRUG USERS and PAROLEE and MENTAL ILLNESS and E-BIKE HIGH RISK BATTERIES will in the SAME ROOM with YOU in YHA! You will be BLAMED and THREAT and also DISCREAMINATION by staffs too.

- My friend was charged for 2 breakfasts on top of me paying online for the breakfast. And I still haven't received a refund. And they were charged a cleaning fee of $50 for their room when checking in when there isn't a fee in the first place......Again STILL NO REFUND.
- When leaving for the airport they wouldn't allow a friend to come up to help my disabled wife carry her suitcases as it was "after hours" and policy states that people not staying there are not allowed upstairs in the night. I understand policy exists, but surely an exception can be made when it is simply to help a disabled person with their bags. The staff were very rude when asking and made it clear they didn't care that the rule was causing her extra pain and difficulty.

Really nice hostel located next to central station so access everywhere. Street noise can be loud
Das Hostel ist insgesamt gut und die Lage ist optimal. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig und die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich das Bad ist nicht ganz zufriedenstellend, da (im 2. Stock) nur 2 der 3 Duschkabinen offen waren und es somit oft zu langen Warteschlangen kam. Dazu kommt, dass es keine Lüftung dort gab, sodass eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit herrschte und Schimmel entstand, dieser wurde zwischenzeitlich mal beseitigt.
The hostel is overall good and the location is optimal. The kitchen is very generous and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only the bathroom is not entirely satisfactory, as (in the 2nd floor) only 2 of the 3 shower cabins were open and thus there were often too long queues. In addition, there was no ventilation there, so that a high humidity prevailed and mold arose, which has since been eliminated.

Sehr tolles Hostel in zentraler Lage. Hoher Standard, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, an den Betten ist sogar ein Vorhang!☺️ Nur 5 Minuten von Sydney Central Station entfernt, es ist auch Nachts viel los in der Gegend und fühlte sich sehr sicher an. Das Personal war total nett und hilfsbereit. Schöner großer Aufenthaltsraum und viel Platz in der Küche. Würde definitiv wieder kommen!☺️ Es ist schön ruhig und es werden viele Aktivitäten angeboten! Alles Top!☺️
Very nice hostel in a central location. Hoher Standard, very clean, nice rooms, an den Betten is even a curtain!☺️ Only 5 minutes away from Sydney Central Station, it is also a lot going on at night in the area and felt very safe. The staff was total nett and helpful.

I had two bookings one with two people and additional one to extend. They charged me for both even though I left early and had cancelled the 2nd booking.
Good location for a hostel. Definitely the loudest and most obnoxious guests at a hostel I have ever stayed at. My roommates were courteous, but there was constant yelling in the hallways & surrounding rooms. The toilet area of the bathrooms were kept clean. The showers and sinks were filled with hair at all hours, including while I was in there with a cleaning crew who was finishing. The cafeteria also needed to be cleaned. Maybe leave cleaning supplies in a visible location for guests to use
+ Das es sauber und hut organisiert war, Personal ist hilfsbereit, und es gibt angebote für alleinreisende.Wasserspender,und ruhige Atmosphäre ausser im Pausenraum der ist manchmal etwas laut und voll allerdings mit kleiner Ruhelounge. Reisegepäck schrank braucht man aber ein eigenes Schloss ist vllt gut vorher zu wissen koffer passt gut. Organisierte Picknick und Besichtigung vom Hostel aus, war auch auf Deutsch und Englisch möglich.
- Preist geht so, größer Ausflüge Gruppenreise als angebot für Alleinreisende Bsp. BLUE Mountains als organisiert Tagesausflug oder ähnliches. Platz für Nahrungsmittel bei längerem Aufenthalt mit Kühlung und im Zimmer evtl, Hilfe in deutsche Sprache für Sprachlernende auch für Ausflüge und Gruppenangebote.

+ A 2 minute de la gare et en plein centre ville...super emplacement. Chambre de 4 spacieuse .toilettes et douches très propre.
- Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres de la chambre .Air un peu saturé.Si vous oubliez la carte pour la chambre vous ne pouvez plus aller nulle part même pas au toilettes

+ 여성 4인실 이용했는데 숙소가 깨끗하고 엘베도 카드키 꼭 태그해야해서 보안도 철저했습니다. 특히 주방시설이 잘 되어있는데, 몇번 못 써본게 아쉬울 정도였습니다. 위치가 가장 큰 장점인데요. 공항에서 지하철 타고 숙소까지 오는데 7분정도밖에 안걸리는거 같습니다. + 침대 콘센트에 c타입과 a 타입 구멍이 하나씩 있어 좋습니다! + 수건은 리셉션에 말하면 큰 수건 하나를 줍니다. 수건이 부족할때는 못 받을 수도 있으니 새로 받기 전에 전꺼를 말려 두면 좋습니다. +저녁에 숙소 들어갈 때 한번 인원 모두 방키가 있는지 확인을 받았습니다. 여러명이 한방을 같이 써도 모두 키를 항상 지니고 다니는 습관을 가지면 좋겠습니다.
- 숙소가 공유하는 시설이니 방안에서 매우 조용히 생활해야 했습니다. 대화를 하거나 짐을 꺼내거나 싸는 행동 모두 주의가 필요합니다.
