+ 숙소측의 숙박비 이중 청구로 인해 고객이 입은 손해를 보상하십시요.
- 나는 부킹닷컴을 통해서 Bakki Apartments & Hotel 에 1박 예약을 하였습니다(체크인 8/19, 체크아웃 8/20 예약 번호 5185571840) 나는 8/19 저녁에 이르러 예약한 숙소에 체크인을 쉽게 할 수 있게 체크인 하는 방법을 알려달라고 메세지를 보냈습니다. 예약한 숙소에서는 숙박비를 결제해야만 체크인을 할 수 있다며, 은행 카드 결제를 할 수 있는 링크를 보내왔습니 다. 나는 이미 부킹닷컴에 숙소를 예약할 당시, 카드 결제를 완료했기 때문에, 숙소측에서 또 다시 숙박비 결제를 요구하는 것은 부당하다고 생각하였습니다. 이에 대해 나는 즉시 부킹닷컴에 숙소측의 부당함을 따지기 위해 부킹닷컴을 연락을 하였으나(예약 사이트를 통해서) 부킹닷컴에서는 아무런 답장을 주지 않았습니다. 나는 그날 밤 9시 까지 체크인 문제와 두 번의 숙박비 결제 때문에 마음의 고통을 겪었고, 숙소측에도 숙박비를 이중으로 청구하는 것은 옳지 않으니, 즉시 체크인을 할 수 있도록 조치를 취해 달라고 요청을 하였으나. 숙소측에서는 아무런 응답을 주지 않았습 니다. 밤이 너무 늦었으므로 나는 할 수 없이 숙소측에서 요구하는 대로, 온라인을 통해서 은행카드를 이용하여 숙소측에 결제를 하려고 약 30분 가까이 노력하였으나, 결국 '결제가 되지 않는 카드 ' 라는 내용과 함께 여러 장의 카드 결제가 거부되었습니다 그 후 밤 10시 30분 쯤 되어서, 숙소측에서는 나에게 '당신이 체크인을 할 수 있도록 숙소 방 안에 열쇠를 놓았으니, 스스로 체크인을 하고 그 방 열쇠를 사용하면 된다' 라는 메세지를 보내왔습니다. 그러나 나는 나의 힘으로는 도저히 Bakki 에 체크인을 할 수 없다고 판단하여 밤 10시 경에 다른 숙소를 예약한 뒤 체크인을 마쳤습니다. 나는 이런 사실들을 Bakki에 메세지를 통해 알렸고, 숙소측의 과실로 인해, 내가 늦은 밤까지 체크인을 못하고, 결과적으로 다른 숙소를 예약하느라고 이중으로 숙박비를 지불하게 되었으니, 이미 부킹컴을 통해서 예약시 지불된 숙박비를 환불해달라고 요청하였습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 부킹닷컴에서나 Bakki에서는 아직까지도 아무런 회신이나 환불 조치가 이루어지지 않고 있습니다. 나는 그 동안 여행을 하면서 수 백번에 걸쳐서 부킹닷컴을 통하여 예약을 해 왔고, 부킹닷컴에 대한 신뢰감을 가지고 있었습니다. 그러나 아 같은 일을 겪은 현재, 그 동안 부킹닷컴에 갖고 있던 신뢰에 대해 의문를 가질 수 밖에 없습니다. 숙소측의 부당한 결제에 대해 해명을 요청하는 고객의 요구에 대하여 부킹닷컴에서는 무슨 이유로 모른척하고 아무런 대응을 하지 않는지 나는 그 이유를 모르겠습니 다. 부킹닷컴에서는 그 이유를 나에게 분명하게 설명해줄 의무가 있으니, 그 의무를 이행하길 바랍니다. 나는 이 같은 부킹닷컴과 숙소측의 무성의한 태도에 대해 진상이 밝혀지는 그 날까지 끝까지 포기하지 않을 것입니다.

+ The place is horrible, you pay for an apartment sea view and they give you an apartment with view to an alley. Ask the manager what happens with the room sea view I have paid for and infirm us they have given it to another person. Not giving any solution, just to return the money at 21.30 pm in the night that you cannot look for another place. It was incredible. Be careful what you book in this place and what you get.

הזמנטדרך בוקינג, כשהגענו בתחילה לקחו אותנו לחדר להראות לנו ואז פתאום הבחור טען שהמפתח לא נכון נעלם ל10 דקות ואז חזר טען שיש להם אובר בוקינג זה היה ממש מוזר, ישבנו בלובי שלהם ונאלצנו להזמין מקום אחר. הגשנו תלונה בבוקינג על הנושא הם בדקו וחזרו אלינו עם תשובה סופר מוזרה- מקום האיר...
Acabamos de llegar y lo que se suponía que era y teníamos contratado con Booking desde Enero un apartamento con vistas al mar, se ha convertido en un apartamento en la calle con vistas a un nave industrial. Que se lo han alquilado a otro, ... Y ahora están llenos ... Increíble !!!

Deceptive! I booked through VRBO and the establishment says on there that they said they have free cancellation. Upon double booking, I went to cancel this reservation and couldn’t. I emailed them and they claim it’s nonrefundable and that they could see why it’s confusing. I have emailed twice since then, asking them to refund my deposit and cancel my reservation for me because that’s their stated policy. They haven’t done it and haven’t even responded to me to explain why I am bein...
They did not respect the reservation we made, they gave us a worse apartment than agreed. After some discussions, they told us that the apartment we had booked had already been given to another customer. We asked for a discount on the price of the room and they said that it was not possible (they made us pay for the room before giving us the keys), so we had to pay a higher fee for a worse apartment than the reservation.

Ho soggiorno in questo bellissimo appartamento, sul mare, a 10 minuti da Selfoss, nuovo, accessoriato e pulitissimo. Non posso che consigliarlo
호텔 방의 청결도, 관리자의 서비스가 정말 훌륭한 곳이예요! 골드서클을 투어하고 주린배를 잡고 숙소로 도착했는데 관리자분께서 친절하게 방과 주변에 볼것, 먹을것 모두 잘 설명해주셨어요! 호텔 주변 풍경도 너무 멋지고 무엇보다 방이 정말 깨끗하고 없는게 없다는것이 중요해요! 잘묵었다 갑니다!! 취사가능, 커피머신존재, 주차무료
