+ La chica de la recepción buena onda.
- BED BUGS!!! BICHOS EN LA CAMA. NOS TUVIMOS QUE IR A LA 1 DE LA MAÑANA EL MISMO DIA QUE ENTRAMOS POR ESO MISMO. Ni bien llegamos la dueña estaba a los gritos en la cocina,.se notaba que era la dueña por su actitud de superada, después le pregunté para confirmar. Me pareció desagradable.

- "QUERES QUE SAQUE A ALGUIEN DE LA CAMA" no es una contestación adecuada. Pase 2 noches durmiendo mal. SOLO QUERÍA UNA CAMA.

- Was so many young people- who were partying,screaming…. Lack of cleanliness…. I left my backpack for entire day and headphones was stolen from it…
- Muy sucio, los baños no fueron desinfectados durante mi estadía. Y la vajilla debía lavarse antes de usar.

- El somier de la cama destrozado, la habitación sucia y pequeña, ruido del comedor y de la mesa de ping pong. El baño era tétrico.
- Decent stay at this hostel until the day of checkout. I left my bag with over £2000 worth of my belongings in a locker whilst i went on a day trip. When we returned from the trip I was told a member of staff decided to use bolt cutters to cut open and destroy my PERSONAL padlock because apparently a big group were checking in and needed to use the lockers. However, when i was taken to the locker to see if I had anything left there, the whole room was empty and no one was using any of the 6 lockers. No one bothered to call me or try and contact me, be wary before booking this hostel!
+ El baño estaba limpio y había aire acondicionado en la habitación. Algunos de recepción eran amables. La cocina era grande y equipada.
- La atención y la vibra del lugar. Los espacios comunes no están bien mantenidos, las fotos que ponen para publicitar el lugar con engañosas. No nos animamos a probar el desayuno. La ducha es demasiado chiquita, no entrabamos.

pretty quiet here during my stay. staff was very pleasant and breakfast was fine. good location near main street without being near anything loud.

+ La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy bueno. Son super disponibles y atentos. El precio es bueno considerado que también tiene desayuno incluido.
- El lado de mi cama estaba hundido. Los cuartos y las camas necesitarían una renovación. El señal del wifi no llegaba en el cuarto de arriba. El hostel tiene mucho potencial pero requiere una reforma de las instalaciones.
+ Lots of space to sit upstairs, however the sofas could be a bit cleaner
- The stove was hard to light and this would be a lot easier with a longer lighter and reduce risk of burning. Also our room don’t have a window that we could open properly which meant it was hard to get air flow and cool the room down in the evening!

- He ido a otros Hostel y no contestan como cobraban los toallones. Eso quizás fue lo que no me agradó mucho
+ The location of the Hostel is perfect. Directly in the city center and everything in walking distance
- I stayed in a dorm first and then upgraded to a private room. The private room did not have functioning air-condition and no window to open. The air flow in the room was terrible. I checked out 1 night earlier but didn't get and refund for that night despite the bad room conditions. The bathroom was also not cleaned

+ The hostel is very central and close to facilities and the main attractions in the city. The staff were friendly. They are the only good points I can make about our stay here.
- Myself and my partner have been backpacking around South America the last 4 months. This is without a doubt the poorest place we have stayed in so far. We are travelling on a budget and have stayed in cheaper places than here and have found them to be at a better standard. The hostel is in bad need of some TLC. It's more run down than the pictures show. There is mold on the bathrooms ceilings. The shared bathroom on the second floor is a death trap. The water comes flying out of the shower head, wetting the whole bathroom floor. There was no curtain pole or shower curtain to help the situation. The shared kitchen was grim and in need of a big deep clean. None of the saucepans had handles and the frying pans were dented. There was an Aircon in our room but the remote for the same had to be shared with the whole hostel, as there was only 1 remote. At times the bedroom smelt of drainage pipes and the room itself was tiny with about 2 feet of clearance on all sides. The pictures make the rooms out to be much bigger. It's worth noting there is a 10% charge for paying by card. And the wifi connection dropped in the rooms, and could only connect in the common area.
