Moving Hostel Travel Bar

PARTY HOSTEL. Or at least it’s trying to be. This place was absolute torture. If you’re coming to Bariloche to hike, be active. This is not the place for you. Really loud music until 11:15 PM, gets turned off for 2 mins, then turned back on again. Every time a staff member likes the song, it gets turned up. Impossible to sleep before at least 1AM. Honestly it ruined our trip in Bariloche. Not only is the noise insulation from the bar awful, but you can hear everything through the walls

No changing of bed sheets. No room or bathroom cleaning. A cleaner lied to me. The staff and manager all know that bed linens are not changed upon check out. Argentinans are awful and I don't like them.

Esperaba mucho mas del lugar. El lugar no era muy limpio, ni del notaba mucha limpieza, las duchas estaban llenas de pelo, los gatos incomodaban también. No habían muchos turistas y los argentinos que dormían ahí no demostraban muchas ganas de conocer gente. No volvería al mismo lugar

This hostel needs a reality check. I’ve been travelling for 2 years now and can’t believe how bad it was. Staff treats you like you’re an annoyance. Not clean. 2 lockers that fit backpacks in a room of 10. Room of 10 should be 8, my bed was AGAINST the radiator, I have burn marks! What about burn risk? Cats all over your stuff. Wi-fi is non-existent. 20 seating spaces for sleeping capacity of at least 70. Don’t stay here.

There was no light on one of the two toilets. Three of the four baths had no water. The bathrooms were very dirty and always under water. In the kitchen everything was dirty. The door to our room looked as it had previously been pried open. There are no safes. On the up side the staff is very kind.

Surprised by the high rating of this hostel. Reception wasn’t the friendliest, just took my money then showed me to the room. No hand soap in any of the toilets, breakfast was okay and the kitchen, social areas and bar are all in one area. Everything felt on top of each other. Dorm room didn’t have a ladder to get up to the top bunk!!

To be fair the staff is very friendly and the hostel itself is pretty social, but the hostel is run down. Facilities are broken and dirty. Our bathroom was closed from the second day. And there are no curtains on the main windows! You can hear also pretty much every noise from upstairs. Its cheap and social, nothing more.

This hostel has potential to be a great accommodation. The workers/volunteers all create a special community. The potluck dinner for Christmas Eve was cool and unexpected. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our room: it had only plywood walls which made for some loud nights, the window only could fully close or open and with our room backing up to an open space, we had little options for any air flow. The worst was the bathroom full of mold… Luckily the common area was comfortable.

The hostel is friendly with a big shared kitchen and a bar serving nice beer. It's a good vibe if you're a young backpacker looking to meet people. I would have preferred something a little quieter, but it was good for one night. We had a tiny shared room with two small single beds, the mattresses were thin and bad, and one wall was a huge window with a curtain that didn't fit the window or block out light. Overall we'd give the hostel 4 stars and the room 3 stars.

Muy recomendable. La atención fue excelente. Todos atentos y dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Además mucha onda en el lugar. Todo muy limpio. Fue 10/10 . Tenes todo lo que necesites para cocinar y todo limpio. Desayuno muy completo. Duchas con mucha precion de agua y bien caliente. Buenas vistas al lago. Íbamos por 2 noches, pero lo elegimos por el resto de la estadía en Bariloche. Muy buena relación, precio/calidad. Gracias a Bel , Day, Jose y Fran por estar en cada detalle.

Los del staff son gente maravillosa, muy buena experiencia en el Hostel. Me encantó la actividad de cocina que organiza Franco para los huéspedes, recomiendo hacerla

Super ambiance, personnel adorable (même un qui danse quand il fait le ménage), auberge qui facilite les échanges entre voyageurs. Légèrement laxiste sur la propreté mais acceptable

I stayed for 8 nights, a great home hub to go and travel the local area. All the staff is friendly and a close family. Only place I would recommend!

Moving Hostel was great! The best place to make friends, have fun, explore Bariloche and has the best staff in the city. I would recomend it to everyone coming to this city. The best team is Abril, Sandra, Belen, Titi, Sol, Fran, Jasper, Dani, all of them madre my staying so great!

Cracking hostel, owner was a legend, sorted anything you needed ;) got free upgrades every time we stayed

Super établissement, nous avons eu un peu froid avec l’arrivée de la pluie et de l’automne et le chauffage a un peu tardé à être allumé ! Le petit dej est vraiment super et les chambres très correctes !

Social hostel, but lacked basics like soap and toilet paper in bathrooms. Staff also had some attitude. Good location, but wouldn’t return.

Good location and vibe at the hostel, shared bathrooms quite small and not the cleanest and the kitchen got crowded quite quickly.

Good hostel for a good price! I was in the 10 person dorm, which was really spacious. What I didn’t like is that there was no soap at the toilets and the wifi was really slow
