BBQ Hostel Ha Long

- Mình đã đặt phòng 2 lần rất ok, đến lần thứ 3 khi mình tới nơi checkin thì nhân viên báo hết phòng. Trong khi mình đã đặt trước gần 1 tuần và thành công. Đến nơi nhân viên không hề giải thích chỉ báo là bên họ đã khoá app nhưng k hiểu tại sao lại có phòng của mình. Xử lí thì không tốt, rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Mình sẽ k bao giờ quay lại 1 lần nào nữa. Mong home có thể tiếp nhận ý kiến và thay đổi lại cách làm việc và dịch vụ để có thể hỗ trợ cho các khách khác. Chứ mình thì mình không quay lại thêm lần nào nữa

+ Clean rooms

- The staff sold us a day tour without revealing all the details, leaving us in the dark about the conditions. To top it off, she initially quoted one price and then demanded more money, resorting to threatening tactics when we refused. The tour itself was terrible - no water provided in scorching heat for 7 hours. To make matters worse, they tried canceling our Booking.com reservation after having stayed and payed. On top of that, the rooms were small and lacked basic amenities like a desk or soap and water for 4 people. The location was far from the main tourism area, with a limited offer of nearby restaurants. Avoid this place.

- Zimmer hat gestunken. Badewanne ist bei Betreten aus der Halterung gefallen. Wenn man geduscht hat, war das ganze Bad nass.

+ Det var tyvärr svårt att bedöma detta boende pågrund utav läget. Inte riktigt boendets fel för både sängen var skön och rummet rent. Men det var öde.

- En otroligt tråkig stad. Det var extremt mycket stängt och allt var öde. Om man ska se ha Long så rekommenderar jag att åka ner till Cat ba. Där var det mycket mer aktivitet och fler resturang alternativ.

+ Rooms and balcony are nice

- The internet is not as good as discribed, no lunch and also no dinner. The breakfast is not prepared for you. You have to go to the lobby and get someone to start. The pictures of the restaurant are fake.

+ They were kind.

- Very dirty room. The air conditioner stinks of germs. And unfortunately this room is very small for two people when they travell with lagguages.

+ Room was as advertised, and staff were friendly.

- There were no Breakfast options, just got a egg sandwich. The facilities listed were not included (pool table, table tennis and picture of a jacuzzi). The location was poor with very little to do in the area, both my group and another group struggled to find activities within a 30 minute walk of the hostel.

+ Sehr saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

- Im gebuchten Mehrbettzimmer hat ein anderer Gast geschlafen und es wurde spät am Abend schwierig eine Lösung zu finden. Nach längerem Gespräch mit dem freundlichen Personal haben wir uns geeinigt uns das Schlafzimmer zu dritt zu teilen, da die Option einer Änderung oder eines neuen Bettes im Schlafsaal nicht möglich war. Wir bekamen den Betrag für das Doorm-Bett erstattet !

+ The hostel owners son was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We booked a cruise of the bay through the hotel which was the best value by far and the hostel made sure we were dropped off and collected on time! The room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay again without a doubt. Thank you !

+ Very clean, good smelling and cozy rooms. Staff was friendly and many restaurants near by.

+ Sehr schönes Hostel, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal (u.A.. haben sie mir geholfen ohne große Wartezeiten eine Vietnamesische SIM Karte zu erwerben, oder als ich eine Decke brauchte war das kein Problem). Frühstück war auch gut, das bekommt man im 6.Stock, bei guten Wetter auch auf der Terrasse.

- Es gibt 2 sehr schöne (gratis!) Fahrräder. Leider waren die aber nicht betriebsbereit. Mit einen (sehr) kleinen Aufwand wären die das. Aber wie gesagt gratis, sprich das war für mich auch kein Problem.

+ Tôi thích không gian và tiện nghi trong phòng, giá cả lại rất hợp lý phải chăng, có cả phần ăn sáng nhưng tôi chưa kịp ăn vì phải đi sớm, phòng của tôi là phòng dorm 6 giường nhưng lại có không gian chung rất rộng, sạch sẽ và mỗi giường được chia rất riêng tư, đặt biệt dù chỉ có 6 giường nhưng lại có tới 2 nhà vệ sinh ngay trong phòng. Tôi cảm thấy rất hài lòng và thoải mái dù chỉ ở một đêm. Nếu có dịp tôi sẽ quay lại book ở đây và tận hưởng tiện nghi hơn. Nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình thân thiện và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ.

+ Địa điểm khá là tiện nghi, gần đường, gần các địa điểm ăn uống. Trang trí cũng đẹp mắt, ưa nhìn. Phòng có ban công, có bộ bàn ghế ngồi nhìn ra ngoài khá là hay ho.

- Tivi không xem được kênh thường, chỉ có thể kết nối với Internet và xem Youtube. Phòng khá là bé so với giá tiền, nước uống cũng bị tính phí. Giá cao hơn so với các địa điểm khác. Cửa nhà vệ sinh không có khóa, ở chung với gia đình nhiều người hay đồng nghiệp đều thấy thật sự rất bất tiện
