Our room smelled like sewage. We asked to be moved, but there was no availability, and they didn’t offer any compensation. They told us the smell was normal and usually went away after two days. We were only staying for two days… The smell was terrible, and we had trouble sleeping. I do not recommend this place.
Alles is goed schoon alleen je moet douchen in dezelfde ruimte als de wc wat erg lastig is. De vloer en de wc worden nat waardoor je soms eerst alles droog moet maken. Personeel is erg vriendelijk
Everything is fine clean except you have to shower in the same room as the toilet which is very inconvenient. the floor and the toilet are getting wet which sometimes makes you have to dry everything first. the staff is very friendly
Staff were AMAZING. So kind and helpful. Location is the best too. However the vibe/energy was weird. 16 bed dorm but felt like I couldn’t make a noise. The toilets kept getting blocked due to people being inconsiderate and putting toilet paper down there and other things…so one morning all the toilets were out so I had to go in the next set of toilets in the next dorm. Not the hostels fault of course. The bed was right next to the toilet and my curtain didn’t shut properly as well.
Nice beds and great location but that’s all I can say about it, everyone who was in the hostel was rude and very unsociable, no where to chill with your friends after 10pm even just to play cards. Would not recommend
It has a lot of potential, the beds are nice, the pool area is lovely (could do with some more subbeds) and the location is great. However, the atmosphere was not great. There were no events organised for socialising by the hostel, so it was quite hard to make friends. My friend also had bed bugs here.
Pros: The beds are large and when the blind is down it feels like a little room with lots of space, each ‘pod’ also has a window with a blind. There are big lockers that can fit a large rucksack. The staff are really friendly and kind. We also found it sociable and made friends with people in the dorm. The place is nice, but the atmosphere is lacking as there are no hostel activities, and the food is significantly more costly than the alternatives while not being on par in terms of quality. The pool is closed in the evening, and there is no common area where one can hang out and talk in the late evening.
big dorm and comfortable bed hot water was on and off they advertise free yoga and ice bath but wasnt available when i was there not social/ no common area

Beautiful
This hostel was super gorgeous and I loved how big the outdoor area was. The staff was super nice and there was so much space to put things in the bunks too! There is no lock for the dorm doors if that matters to you but I still felt safe since they are tucked away in the back.

Honestly gorgeous.
Our stay here was really enjoyable, relaxing and fun. The Dorms felt safe and the bed was comfy, with good room for baggage. The facilities were brilliant and the location was fantastic for nightlife, next to the walking street so was easily accessible, right next to a 7/11 too.
This is the best hostel ever!!!! the dorms are so clean and comfy, pool and loungers are fab. You definitely meet lots of people here not like the other reviews are saying!! Amazing with the on site restaurant and laundry too

Het zat echt perfect centraal! Lekker dichtbij alle restaurantjes en de straat met winkeltjes etc. Personeel kon niet heel goed Engels, maar we kwamen er wel uit met hem. Enige nadeel aan de kamer was dat de deur niet op slot kon, dus in principe zou iedereen kunnen binnenlopen (van de dorm). Verder wel hele fijne bedden met veel ruimte voor je spullen. De gordijnen waren ook heel fijn. Het was een soort groot luik die je dicht kon doen. Zwembad was schoon en fijn! Ook lekker ontbeten hier.
It really sat perfectly central! Nice close to all the restaurants and the street with shops etc. The staff didn't know Engels very well, but we got along with him. The only drawback to the room was that the door couldn't be locked, so in principle everyone could walk in (van de dorm). Furthermore it was a very nice bed with plenty of space for your stuff. Loved my stay there! It’s located on the walking street (night market with food and shops), but you don’t hear it when in the hostel. It has a lot of potential for being more social, but still met nice people! The only real downside is that the top beds are really high and since the roof is at an angle you don’t have anything on top of the bed to reduce the light. As soon as someone open a light in the room you get full on light also. The bottom beds were perfect though, with blackout curt...
Such a good place if you want a chill vibe, everything was clean, beds were comfortable, the staff were super helpful. It can be less social but also depends on the group of people you are with. Would definitely recommend
Honestly did not have a great stay here. The bathrooms were constantly dirty, no AC in the room so inside the dorm was SO hot and smelled bad. Bed was fine but just a piece of foam. Not many places to hangout, there’s a roof area but not much beyond that. Pool is located across the street at the other hotel.
Loved this hostel. The location is unbeatable, the communal areas are great and the beds are really private. Everything was clean and in good working order. Bring cash to pay.
Die Lage des Hostels direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Walking Street ist super. Das Zimmer (privat) war sehr groß und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool war super, es gibt allerdings keine Liegen sondern nur Stühle - das ist ein bisschen schade. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen, weil ich mich wohlgefühlt habe.
The location of the Hostels directly in the immediate vicinity of Walking Street is great. The Room (private) was very large and has everything you need. The pool was great, however there are no Lieges but only Chairs - that is a bit of a shame. Nevertheless I would come back anytime, because I felt comfortable.
Great hostel! Located right on the walking street but still very quiet rooms. Beds are closable with rolling curtains and equipped with very large lockers and a mirror. Also has a swimming pool and lovely bar for socializing. Absolutely recommended!
The best located hostel! It’s along walking street just behind 7/11 - it’s a little noisy sometimes but overall fine. The staff are helpful, beds are comfy and the room was very clean and modern. I would recommend highly.
Really enjoyed my stay here! Beautiful hostel with lots of amenities, rooms are big with lots of space for storage and super cozy. Only critique is that all the showers are toilets with showers in and also the hostel wasn’t super social, but I only had a short stay so that’s maybe why!
Had a great stay here, lovely clean facilities and the staff all so friendly - look out for Peter he is an absolute diamond - only regret is not staying in Pai longer!
As central as it gets in Pai with the best beds and rooms in the town - big and spacious. It looks and feels like a temple and it backs on to one so I guess it was originally built as part of the temple complex. There is a pool however which is great. Eveything is immaculate, including the bathrooms although they have the toilet/shower combination common in Thailand that I experienced for the first time here. Not the most social hostel so they could work on how to get people together more.
