Hug Pai Boutique Hostel

The lady behind the counter was so rude .put me in 10 dorm when booked a 6 dorm and made me swap bunks .the walls are so thin you can see the other rooms light on ..kept up every night

This was complete bad. The place looks nothing like the pictures and inside there is a sign saying 'leave us a 5 star review and get a free drink' so you can see why. The room and bathroom were absolutely filthy, had no lock and there were 3 tents INSIDE, right outside our door. The staff were so rude and didn't even look at us while checking in. The atmosphere of the place was miserable. We left after one night because it was horrible. Would not recommend and feel like we've been cheated...

The owners were super lovely, and the hostel is in a good location, however only two bathrooms/ toilets for the entire hostel (which were very dirty), the dorm itself wasn’t very clean, not a very social hostel either.

Stayed for 1 night, which was already too much. Upon check-in the staff was rushing me and another guest. The rooms were dark and didn't have any locks nor lockers. The hostel owners also rent motorbikes and it seems they prioritise that over helping the hostel guests and keeping the common area and bathrooms clean

For that price it was great. It’s not modern or anything, but if you just need to sleep there, it will do. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the bus station and walking street, cheap laundromat around the corner. It was clean and quiet, not much to do at the hostel. Beds were okay, very thin mattress tho.

Perfect location for everything but very dark in the room and full of cobwebs

very lovely owners! It was worth it for me staying here. Bathrooms are not too clean but i feel like it was pretty notmal for pai standards.

Central location, has everything you need and friendly people. The staff were really nice and very quick to help my friend and I out when we needed. Would definitely return again, thank you!
