   It's run like a homeless shelter and that's being generous Bullying from the staff, Crackheads and Dope fiends are your.room mates... had needles and overdose kits falling on my bed from The drug addict above. Beers left all over the place by persons freshly released from prison.. someone was even shot 5 times in the driveway at the front of the building... rent with caution And.lastly dont buy groceries....the other "guests" are more than likely going to steal your food while you are away.. Bott9m line..It's a DUMP..... Not worth the discount

   Washing machine and dryer but washing machine doesn't work properly. This is def. the type of cheap accommodation you should avoid, even if you're trying to save money. Some seriously disturbed people live there, including a young female in rm 5 who started screaming and threatened to beat me up at about 5 AM bc I asked her to turn off the light. Some of the other residents talk very loudly & blast rap music during quiet hours. There should be a manager onsite bc of the kind of ppl living there. Current manager lacks customer service skills, is slow to check ppl in & doesn't bother to respond if there are any problems w/ the residents.

   I liked the location and the PM onsite was cool at first. The PM ended up being shady. He let other guests steal food, break items in the bathroom and didn't keep the long term guests from cutting off the water.

   This is the worst and most unprofessional property that I've ever stayed at. They proudly house credit card scammers that pay their rent with stolen funds; as well as women with mental issues like Rain Honored who will stalk you while on the property and put chemicals in your personal products if you don't want to talk to her or entertain her ignorance. I ended up in the hospital over it. The property did nothing and couldn't have cared less. They also are extremely discriminatory and will not help you if you are a black woman and are feeling unsafe in their property. They let a man almost break the door down yelling abd screaming while I was showering for work one morning because another guest left their sweater in the restroom and was checking out. I was in the shower they kept knocking but saying nothing. How does that mean that it's ok for a man to almost break the door down yelling and screaming and being aggressive with me when I'm just trying to get ready for work in a bathroom that I paid to use. I wouldn't recommend any woman ever stays here.

   The staffing was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was multiple nights where they priced gauged me. They made up fake complaints to harass me and then when I had complaints they were never met with understanding. The room they put me in was utterly disgusting. There are roaches! The people in the room they put me in seemed like they were hoarders. There was half drunk water bottles everywhere. And the girl on the bunk on top of me kept Gatorade bottles with spit in it on and by the bed because I later found out she had the flu and pneumonia and they knew about it. They never once cleaned the room while I was there. It was mold and dirt all in the bathroom. There were buckets of water with clothes soaking for weeks. And seemingly months before I came. The kitchen was a wretched sight. The microwave have build of from what looked like the whole year. The oven never worked and people steal food. There were multiple times where I seen someone stashing what I believe to be a crack pipe in the back and they refused to regulate anything. One night they allowed someone who never paid to stay in the house and he kept sneaking in the room and the manager came in the middle of the night and maced him causing him to cough up blood and making everyone else in my room extremely sick waking us out of our sleep and we couldn’t return back until hours later. I would highly suggest booking take this place off it is terrible. I was threatened on two different occasions where they said they would kill me. And the final night I stayed there I discovered someone tried to poison my water bottle I had on my bed. Everything

   I'm the Grand Mastress of the entire freemaisonic organization and the property manager Uzi talked down to me, stereotyped me,belittled me as if he was better than be because I pay rent and he doesn't and attempted to tell me that he was going to steal all of my belongings and business inventory while I'm in the hospital. Saying that I couldn't come back to the property to retrieve my belongings after I'm discharged until I let him know how illegal I understand that was. Thinking that he can go above the law and try and forbid me from picking up my property because Ive been in the hospital for the last 3 days as a result of the bullying at the hands of another resident rain Honore that he's empowered. I did say anything until it was medically confirmed.

    I didn't like anti about the property other than how close it was to the train and grocery store. The property was extremely unprofessional. I checked in to go to work from there for a month until I get my first paycheck. I've already missed out on two weeks worth of work and ended up in the hospital because if the bullying and stalking by one it's long term residents with mental issues that the property manager Uzi allows because he sleeps with her. She doesn't go to work ever and would yell and scream at me every morning when I wake up at 5:00 in the morning for work trying to start drama with me while I'm getting ready and making me late. I have a concussion so things like this give me terrible migraines and then I can't do anything but lay down. And have had no choice but to call off work because of this so many times I almost lost my contract. When I would ask for help he was completely discriminatory and talked to me like I was an issue. Telling me to just leave if I didn't like it. He even allowed her to make physical threats knowing I have a permanent brain injury and did absolutely nothing. Now Ive been in the hospital for 3 days because of the bullying.

    They took my money and didn’t let me in , never resolved to messages , or calls , or through the app message , they are scammers , AVOID AT ALL COSTS they scammed me and booking.com won’t do a thing about it regardless of proof they didn’t let us in by not replying to calls or texts , they are scammers

    Nothing. Everything. I would like to rate it -10 if I can. 1. This is not a place for travelers, but a place for locals for a long stay. 2. The address is incorrect, I got the correct address by message after booked & paid for the non-refundable. The correct address is 1006 E 23rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90011, United States. I don't understand why it seems like a secret. 3. I booked & paid for a bed in a 4-bed dorm but ended up having a bed in a 6-bed dorm, I reflected to the hostel manager, property owner, and booking.com for many times, but so far there's no refund for difference. It's totally a scam. 4. The bed they assigned wasn't available, so I ended up need to find an empty bed by myself and that bed wasn't a clean nor ready bed, no blankets neither. Finally, the others in the same room helped to find a dirty blanket for me for the first night. Over 10 years using booking.com, so far, this is the only time for me to give a negative comment!!

    A localização é boa e o segurança da noite foi muito prestativo. A roupa de cama estava limpa nem sei pode onde começar, não parecia um hostel para viajantes. Processo de check in extremamente ruim, por SMS (sendo que a maioria das pessoas que viajam, não tem um número para mandar SMS e sim, somente dados para internet). Se não fosse a ajuda do segurança, não teríamos entrado na acomodação. Lugar que parecia perigoso, com hóspedes barulhentos e que pareciam perigosos. Barulhos altos até tarde da noite. No quarto do meu marido haviam 3 homens brigando. Os quartos de homens e mulheres eram separados e não tinha nada falando disso. O armário do quarto não era separado para cada hóspede para colocar a bagagem e sim tudo junto. Estava tudo EXTREMAMENTE bagunçado e qualquer um do quarto tinha acesso. Fiquei com medo de deixar minhas coisas lá. Banheiro sujo, com lixo transbordando e eu não tive coragem de tomar banho lá. Dormi sem banho. Cama com uma capa plástica que fazia um barulhão de noite.
